Five Dock Medical Centre

Was very disappointed with the handling of this request by the administration staff.Were not at all aware of the severity of the situation and very dismissive.Had to call back again and politely demand to speak directly to the Doctor Sanders when I was helped with my issue.
Staff need to be better trained on communication and skills when dealing with vulnerable patients.

A very warm and riendly receptionist set the tone for a great visit with Dr Richard Sanders who is always listens before he makes his diagnosis and recommended course of action. Dr Sanders embodies all the good qualities of an old fashined family doctor alongside up to date knowledge and professionalism.

My first visited to Five Dock medical centre very pleasant staff and well mannered.

I’ve been coming to Five Dock medical centre for over 5 years. Agatha and Josie and the reception staff are wonderful. Even at the most difficult time during Covid they kept it together and supported myself and my family. The doctors are all great and it’s a great vibe for care and support. You might have to wait for a bit but you are in good hands

Great local practice with some bulk billing doctors. Dr Samina in particular is very attentive and knowledgeable. Mostly runs on time despite being very busy. Nursing staff were very gentle and caring with my baby. Reception staff are also always nice despite being busy.

I have been coming here for many years and always found the staff to be friendly and professional. Yes they are often busy - but always polite - and the high volume of patients is because they have such high quality GPs. Dr Sharmin in particular is an extremely caring, knowledgable and professional doctor who I highly recommend to people of walks of life!

I have always found this centre with friendly and helpful staff. The office staff are always ready to help and will assist and accommodate my needs when I ask.
The doctors are knowledgeable and are effective communicators.
I am happy to recommend this centre to my friends and acquaintances.

I’ve been a customer at five Dock medical Centre for well over 16 years is the receptionists and doctors. There are one of a kind friendly service. Easy to deal with a fantastic place. Would recommend to any family

I have been coming here for 5+ years. The staff are helpful, friendly, and, patient despite the busy nature of their work. The doctors I have been seen by have all been great for any number of ailments. They also have a pathology unit which comes in handy.

Always a pleasure to come here. The staff are exceptionally nice, and so are the GPs. There's usually always a parking spot available in the side street nearby, that is only a minutes walk from the centre. The onsite chemist is great too.

I don't go the doctors often, but returned from a cruise with a virus which I was prescribed antibiotics for. Also Dr. Chowdhury recommended great other alternatives (gargle with salt water, etc.)
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A great patient experience with Dr Sharmin, she is very thorough and helpful.

I have visited Dr Chowdhury on 4 September, 2023. He has listen my problems and asked me lots of questions and concluded with a solution. Done X-ray and rang me back again and pin pointed my problems and advised me what needed to be done. I am very happy and impressed and highly recommend Dr Chowdhury

I had a terrific experience at this practice. Booked in using the app, doctor saw me right on time. He was great, I just went in for an updated script but he gave me a quick check over and was done. I did not feel rushed but he was very thorough and efficient.

I found the reception staff to be very helpful, Maria was helpful and knew who to refer me to when I needed help. Amelia was sensational at helping with edit and managing the google on the spot there when I was stuck. I found her to be friendly cheerful, and professional with her skills with directing me with her knowledge. Why professional? because when I got off the phone and looked around for where I signed in, I could remember easily her instructions and put it into practice. It worked successfully. I'm updating my review as I have to praise the receptionist (Katerina) who was helping my mom when she had so much pain. She was very caring and professional, calmly calling ambulance and doing best she could possibly have done. Everyone including Agatha and Dr Mehdi was very caring and helpful too! Thank you so much!

Dr. Adel Atallah, at Five Dock is the best doctor that I have had in 20 years. He asks the right questions, purposes the best response and my issues have been solved in such a short time. Thankyou.
