The man with the glasses serving me today was so polite and welcoming. He showed me how to use the coffee machine and didn't bat an eye. Lovely nature.

Great range of fresh food available, two coffee machines, slurpee machine, ATM and Krispy Kremes available here. Brand new store and very friendly staff.

The guy over there 4/12/23 at 8.54. Try to rip off off me. Fuel was $93.90 but he charged $95.90 add 2 dollars extra when i check receipt why you charged $2 extra then he said by mistake and very rude with me .i attached receipts can see Please aware of this fuel station. Check prices then pay.

Staff name vikram is terrible & unprofessional. Talk without manner leaving customer unattended & pretending he is busy but actually do nothing & talk loud in Indian language on the phone with someone

I was having trouble logging into my 7/11 app, woman serving told me to 'actually register' even after I told her I already have an account. Had to miss out on the discount as she didn't want to help. Then I tried to use my 7/11 gift card, I asked her for her help with it and she was rude, impatient and told me there was 'an error'. I asked her what sort of error as it was a new gift card and hadn't been used yet. She said 'I don't know just pay'. I definitely won't be going back. I was not only annoyed but was extremely embarrassed.

Honestly annoys me how rude staff are. The chick on most afternoons can't even say hello, goodbye or even a thank you. Just 'yep' if you don't tap your card quick enough on the EFTPOS machine. Super disappointing!!
