Had the best experience yesterday at Cannington. We were served by Ron, we were there to purchase many products and he made the process so easy. He was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond and his personality just made our day.

Bought a TV from Good guys and returned it today. Two weeks later, due to it not being what l wanted. Pierce the manager, Sam from Admin were fabulous with my return. One of the most pleasant interactions l have had with a store. Friendly and courteous. I brought TV back for them to check it and within 10 minutes l had my refund. Thankyou to all that dealt with me.

Fantastic customer service by Serge. He went above what "normal" customer service is. They didn't stock the part we required, so he made a phone call and organised for us to speak to the company that sells the part.

Carol that works in cannington store is absolute legend. Great customer service and friendly. Go find for her when you are there next. I hope management see this as she deserves a raise!

Been constantly bounced around trying to get a refund as we have been previously informed by other in-store employees. After weeks we finally got through to somebody that knows what to do. Came here to buy a new washing machine ,we were greeted with such à friendly staff member who sorted out our delivery, etc , we got a discount on both purchase and delivery, then only to be completely blown away by shear luck she seen we were with Telstra... next minute I'm sitting down with another staff member and showen that the good guys have a deal with Telstra that saves me $10 a month on my mobile with a extra 10gigs of data 😀 well it gets better cause we have 2 phones with Telstra so we Saved $20 a month 😀 👍

We had a very good experience with best sales person ever and her name is (aya) , she was very helpful , friendly and full of knowledge about products they got in the store
She explained every thing about the products
and made it very nice and smooth for us to choose suitable vacuum cleaner and a good washer

Always been a HUGE fan of The Good Guys Cannington! Not only did I revive amazing service from Kristoffe on a tv (he gave me great advice and a great saving) but he saved me money on my mobile phone bill! All round great place!! Came in to get a new Air Conditioner and had absolutely phenomenal service from 3 staff members. Aria greeted us with fantastic cheer and knowledge, answering our initial questions and helping us with pricing. Pierce clarified some of our secondary questions and helped us make sure we were making the right choice and then Reilly M finished off the sale helping us make sure the install and delivery were all correct.
Great work guys, keep up the great service.

Was very transparent in where the order was at and keeping me up to date, and followed up post instal to make sure I was happy.
