We went for dinner on Mother’s Day and we can see the restaurant are full. We are not surprised as this is one of the best Chinese restaurant at Eastwood, all the food are delicious especially their live lobster and white cut chicken. Services is really friendly especially the owner couple, they are attention to detail and always ask for feed back 😊will definitely recommend friends and family to come!!

Food here was quite surprisingly Nice compared to some other places I have Tried around Sydney. Would have to Say the Steam Beef balls are my favourite and the steam Eggplant plus the Footballs are also another nice dish to have too.

Love the 烤焗乳鴿 Roasted Pigeon. It is beautifully cooked. The lobster with the lobster package/combo is a bit small, though it still tasted well. Didn't enjoy the Pan fried tofu with park, will not order this one next time.

Going to Eastwood for the first time I was looking for a place to have dinner at, and Noble House Seafood Restaurant looked to me like the best option from what I read seen online
Upon reaching the location the architecture made me feel confident this was authentic, and entering it confirmed it (I've lived in China for several months a few years ago)
There's live seafood on display, from which patrons can choose what they want, but they also have a wide menu, with entree, soup, omelette, beef, pork, lamb, poultry, hotpot, vegetables, rice, noodles, and sweet
I personally had:
- Prawn dumplings
- XO sauce pippies (clams)
- Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce
- Mango pancakes
Staff was welcoming
Tables have a round shape like they usually do in China
Wifi available
Good food
Authentic place

My favourite yumcha in all of Sydney. I wish I had better photos but I ate it TOO quickly bc this place has amazing food. Favourite is the steamed runny egg custard bun.

Nice yumcha. Big portions with reasonable price. Many varieties especially on the weekend. The only downside is the place can get very noisy and busy especially during the peak hours.

The food was extremely good, the atmosphere was great except the seats were a bit squished and it was pretty loud there. The staff was pretty friendly and the service was fast. Some food items were a bit cold so they had to reheat it up. The mango pudding was ent that sweet so it is pretty good.

We went there 11am and on the second floor. They aren't that busy, but once midday the restaurant is packed.
Food was fresh and taste authentic.
We got 10 percent off during Monday to Thursday
Extra bonus
According to my neighbour table, the rice dishes are the best. We can't help but order one too

The restaurant is tucked away on the quiet side of Eastwood. Was hesitant to go in but we were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. We went on a weekday so it wasn't very crowded, the staff keep a close eye on tables to clear out the finished dishes. There is not many trolleys showcasing the steamers and food which was a bit of a let down, but the team makes up for it by asking if you want something from the menu cooked for the table. Worth a try and family friendly.

You know the place is good when you see lots of grandpa and grandmas gather here for their chit chats and yum cha.
We were directed to the upstairs dining area as they were reserving the downstairs for the patrons who might have mobility issues. Which I thought was very considerate of them.
Food came out hot, fresh and delicious! Shrinkflation was definitely not an issue here as the size of the dumplings were big compared to other yum cha places. You can really taste the fillings of each item. Everything was well made and on the point.
My initial thought when we were directed upstairs was that service might be minimal. However the service was friendly and prompt!
Highly recommended if you are in Eastwood and crave yum cha. Come for the authentic yum cha experience, the setting will make you feel like you are in Hong Kong! We will definitely be back again!
Oh and pay cash you get 10% discount. Bonus!!

In a time of Post Covid I admire every restaurant that has stuck it out through the hell of the last few years, especially places where everything has to be cooked fresh & still steaming at the table, in the quiet times there would have been so much loss, financially & food wise, heaven knows how great little places like this survived but I'm so glad you did!
The Yum Cha here was delicious, hot & soooo tasty, service was fast & friendly especially the manager who got us a table so quickly & the trolley ladies who served us so diligently.
There are a few people in these reviews who have complained about a few things, these people have obviously never worked a day in hospitality in their life, stop whinging about small stupid things & support this great little restaurant, it may not have all the bells & whistles of fancy posh restaurants but it & all hospitality venues need support right now not negativity!
Thankyou Noble House for a fantastic meal & for soldiering on, you will see you again soon.

Really lovely yum cha. Some other reviews say don’t come unless you speak Chinese- ignore this! We had amazing service from multiple English speakers.
Dumplings, BBQ buns, dim sim, rice noodles… all 10/10 flavour.
Cart ladies very friendly and accomodating. Can order special items from menu (english/chinese).

Underrated spot for yumcha. Convenient location. I have visited twice on the weekend and haven't had to queue up, which is a plus. Service is quick and there is plenty of dimsum going around, waiters are also happy to take orders for dimsum as well. The price is reasonable for the quality. I would recommend yumcha here.
