Absolutely fantastic value for money 10/10 , $65 per head for a bottomless Bruch , service was great and drinks very brilliant! Please see menu in photos 10/10 best in perth! Jane the waitress was magnificent!

During our holiday in Perth, my family and I stayed in a nearby hotel. We visited Mimosa for breakfast each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was excellent. The food was absolutely fantastic, which is why we couldn't resist going back for a second and third morning. Highly recommend the place for its wonderful service, quality coffee, and amazing food.

Beautiful brunch, nice tea selection, attentive staff.

The location is not amazing but it's convenient and only JUST off the beaten path.

Went for Saturday Bottomless Brunch with some friends and had a great time. As a bottomless brunch connoisseur, bottomless at Mimosa is one of the best options out there for a bottomless brunch for a few key reasons. Firstly it is amazing value for your money, with not only a great selection of limitless cocktails, wines, beers and ciders to choose from but also a great selection of entire brunch meals to choose from. They also have a great selection of veg, vegan and GF options to choose from as well. Secondly, the service was fantastic, the staff are very friendly and quick to get you another drink. The decor is very cute and minimalist. Over all one of the best bottomless brunch I’ve ever had.

The best experience!!! Came for bottomless brunch with 20 of my friends and they accommodated us perfectly, food and drinks were delicious and came out swiftly and they accommodated all requests instantly and were so friendly throughout even though it would’ve been a stressful table with the amount of people. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

Booked a bottomless brunch on a Monday morning for nine people and it was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating and the food was lovely. The drinks were great too! overall it was a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of booking

I love this place! Have been several times and it's always been a lovely experience. The food is presented beautifully and tastes just as satisfying. There's vegan options available for those who are interested in that. Service is friendly and esthetics are chilled out. My only complaint is about the toilet which is often quite messy, though not too a terrible extent.

Come here on a Saturday morning without booking, luckily we got here early as all tables were taken when we left! The service was on point—friendly, smiling faces, and the grub came in hot. The food quality was next level—I went for mushroom on toast with mushrooms, and damn, it was tasty. Pricey, but worth every dime. They got a bunch of gluten-free options, even got that GF bread.

I had an amazing experience at the bar with bottomless mimosas. The Mimosa selection was fantastic, and the bottomless option is a great value. Jen, our server, was exceptional, exceeding our expectations with attentive service. A delightful spot for brunch – highly recommended!

I absolutely enjoy eating here! The dishes are incredibly fresh, and the service is friendly and prompt. I appreciate the choice to either dine outdoors in the sun or sit indoors by the window. I strongly suggest anyone visiting Subiaco give this place a try.

I had the alcoholic Saturday brunch and the food and drinks were amazing! So delicious and they looked super pretty! The staff were also lovely, made sure to check if we had any dietary requirements and came to check everything was going well. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

One of the few cafes open on Sundays in Subiaco. They serve excellent Latte, Mocha, and Sausage Egg Benedict with a side of hashbrown. The food and service are top-notch. A great place for a morning meal; highly recommend it. I plan to try the Waffle on my next visit.

Got the bottomless lunch option for $65. I had the Wagyu beef burger for lunch and it tasted amazing and the service is very quick. The staff are very friendly and definitely will come back again.

Visited Mimosa on a Saturday morning (one of the few coffee shops opened in the Subiaco in the weekend), and was surprised by the amazing coffee (we had cappuccino and long black) and food! The sausage Benedict was simply divine - perfectly cooked sausages and a rich, flavorful Hollandaise sauce. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended!
