Baby Kingdom

One of the few remaining stores that offer LaybyI wish I discovered this store sooner! Thankfully though I have managed to purchase most of the big ticket items through the use of their layaway option. There were some items (like the UPPAbaby Vista pram, multiple accessories, Maxi Cosi capsule, and now the Mamas & Papas Bouncer), that were really important for me to buy, and I’m so glad I was able to buy through their store without having to put myself in debt with buy-now-pay-later options (which they also offer).
When it comes to buying baby stuff, layaway is a particularly useful option because quite often you don’t need these things straight away, just before the baby arrives. So if you’re a planner at heart (like me), Baby Kingdom is the perfect solution to buying those big ticket items, avoiding the knock to your cash flow, and ensuring you receive the goods in time for your little one!

Honourable mention also to Bronwyn (from Accounts?), as well as Laura from the Chullora Store. All of the staff I have been in contact with have been phenomenal, but these two ladies are especially on the ball and happy to help!

Had fantastic service at the Chullora store. I’ve been to a couple of another well known brand’s stores in the last few weeks looking at different car seats, and have been made to feel like my toddler and I were an inconvenience and spoken to fairly gruffly. Luckily I’m not a FTM so not easily intimidated by sales staff, but at BK Chullora I was offered great and friendly service, and they were really helpful in letting me take my time and answer my questions. Highly recommend for first time parents!

We have had amazing customer service whilst shopping at Baby Kingdom Chullora. We would particularly like to thank the ongoing help of Charlie, who has helped guide us as new parents from buying for twins to helping arrange car seat installation. On the 19/11/23 myself, husband and mum came into the store looking at prams, we weren’t sure if we were going to purchase one but we were helped so well by Sarah at Baby Kingdom Chullora who was amazing. She assisted us in such a lovely calm and knowledgeable way and we decided to purchase the pram because of her. Thanks Sarah!

Went into baby kingdom today browsing around the store like lost puppies feeling extremely overwhelmed by all the unknown! We were so grateful that we received the most amazing service ever from Charlie. He was so kind, knowledgeable and patient with us helping us plan for our future baby. I couldn’t believe how honest, supportive and friendly he was! We have never received such amazing service! We appreciate Charlie’s service so much and can’t wait to come back and purchase everything from him! He is an absolute asset to baby kingdom! Thank you charlie!

Very good collection with reasonable prices. Every team member in the store is awesome. David thank your for your effort to come outside to have a look my baby seat though I did not end up buying any new one today.

I had an online collect in store enquiry, so I made the call to the store. I spoke with Daisy - Daisy assisted my enquiry by checking and ensuring my click and collect was completed even though my email confirmation did advise 4 items were on back order. Daisy was a delight to speak with, friendly and extreamly helpful. Customer service in store was also a lovely experience when collecting my order. Thank you

Sarah was very helpful and sweet, we were able to buy the rest of our baby items with a few being price matched. Thank you for spending the time to show and compare all the different products and not pushing us to make the sale and encouraging us to research brands we didnt look into ahead.

A big shout out to Daisy for all the help she gave us with the Uppababy Vista V2 and the Britax Graphene car seat. Her unbiased expert opinions and demonstrations were helpful in making these expensive decisions.

Good store, some what easy to navigate. Knowledgeable staff, patient & helpful. Huge variety of everything you need for bub. They even have professionals that come out and fit in your car seats or baby capsules & issue a certificate for an additional fee.

I had an issue with the baby brezza sterlizer and Marija provided excellent customer service to have it replaced with store credit.

My wife and I dealt with Sarah at the chullora store. Sarah was extremely insightful across all our queries from prams, car seats, cots etc. Assisted us in trying see how different car seats and pram would fit in our car. Answered all our little questions.

Today, my husband and I did our first baby shop stop. We were lucky enough to meet Haifer. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable with the different brands and features of the prams and car seats we were looking at, but she was kind, honest and patient.
