I need to share with you my frustration with the way Richlea has been treated by Amanda.
She has over the last 4 years or so very very often NEVER returned phone calls or answered emails

She organised a meeting with Steve and I at her office at Bankstown about 6 months ago and NEVER showed up.
That was a 3 hour return trip.

When I spoke to Amanda on Tuesday morning regarding the email below, she said to me that she saw this mail at 5.45 pm Thursday

THEN she said, I finish work at 5.30.
So I had to do all I could to resolve my Delmer.

ON Tuesday morning I rang Amanda twice. She did not reply the first time and then after an hour she replied to the second message saying she would call me in 30 minutes.
After an hour I rang her again and she answered.

Is this the service you provide to your customers that have always paid everything on time have and never been a problem for Nab.
By the way, we have been a customer of yours for over 10 years.

Toese If you're not the right person to follow this up then tell me who is.
