Hands down one of the best if not THE BEST Bahn mi in Perth. Tucked away in a little corner of Balcatta, this place is worth getting to. The Crispy Roast pork is DELICIOUS!!

Good little lunch bar on Balcatta Road, tucked in the back of the block of shops. They do some great asian dishes and nice continental rolls. Food is always fresh. Good prices. Some seating inside and outside. And there's public toilets just outside for your convenience. Staff are polite and friendly.

Amazing Banh MI’s I don’t know why it doesn’t have more 5 star reviews!
Very big size and heaps of meat, nice crunchy authentic roll.

One of the tastiest Banh Mi I have had in Perth! Filled with all great ingredients, plenty of crispy roast pork. Loved it. 5/5 friendly service too.
