Oliveto Ristorante & Bar

I love this restaurant, an ideal choice for lunch or a romantic dinner. Its location is perfect, offering ample parking and a serene ambiance within the park. The menu is fantastic overall, though the lamb gnocchi might be the only exception, I did not enjoy that.

Delicious food and lovely service. The ravioli main size is quite small and I'd say it's more of an entree size than a main, you'd definitely need to pair with entree or dessert to feel full. Definitely a location that you'd go to for a special occasion.

The dinner was incredibly delicious and filling. Though I aimed to savor it slowly, the irresistible flavors led me to devour it quickly. The staff and service were outstanding. A sincere thank you for the excellent experience.

Everything I love about dining and having a great experience is found in this hidden gem . Parking , AMAZING FOOD , flexibility as I’ve been to private functions and big parties here , as well as intimate dinners . What I love most is the way the staff interact with the people and each other . At the end of the night last night the staff were also dancing with us . It felt great to know the ambiance is real and everyone was celebrating with us . I’ve been to so many places recently with amazing food but a cold environment. This restaurant is different . Rosa and her team ticked every box from the second we walked in until we left .

Absolutely great. The food, the staff and the place were perfect for a lunch with old colleagues. The cocktails are very nice and the food was just great including the entrees, mains and dessert. The staff was friendly, professional and very attentive. I strongly recommend this place.

A place that ticks every box! we have been here several times now, and each time we discover a little something more. Food and service are always great, creating a fabulous vibe, like coming to visit family( the ones you like).

Great place to have lunch with nice view and relaxing surrounds. Online booking was easy to use and straightforward. Had the fettuccine which was excellent. The spaghetti and mixed seafood grill were also very good. Raspberry souffle with chocolate gelato was great. The service was very professional. Henry was impeccable in his knowledge and helpfulness.

We had a beautiful family dinner at Oliveto. They cater for large groups well. The degustation was delicious and the paired wines were all very good. My favourite was the crab spaghetti, the pasta was well cooked and the flavour on point. A lovely place to come for a special dinner.

Great restaurant! Food was amazing. My husband and I got the antipasto board, foccacia, oysters, zucchini flowers and tuna carpaccio. The tuna carpaccio was my least favourite. I asked for no chilli so the soy sauce overpowered the flavours. I could only have a few bites. We had wanted to try the special dessert but they didn't have any left, which was a massive disappointment! We had the mini pavlova and sfogliata. Amazing flavours!! Service and atmosphere were great!

We walked in yesterday without a booking, on the hope that we might get a table for lunch.
Although the place was full, the staff quickly set up a table outside. As far as I could see, we got the best table in the place. Great view along the Parramatta River and no noise from a crowded restaurant.
I had the baby octopus which was actually enormous and cooked to absolute perfection.
My daughter had the blue swimmer crab pasta. Again, generous portion size, and delicious.
I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

Had a birthday celebration here. Food is ok. Service and atmosphere is cool. Sad didn’t get to see the sunset here. Would recommend coming for a celebration here when sunset later, like summer.

Amazing setting. Sitting outside is always a treat on a warm day. Service is always amazing. A great place to go with 2 kids as their menus hits all the right notes. Would recommend the Porchetta, Crab Linguine and kids Schnitzel. Only criticism is that the bread was on the stale/dry side and they charged me a credit card surcharge when I paid via eftpos. Nonetheless, the service was worthy of a tip.

Second time dining here! Always great customer service! Never have to wait to be served there’s always someone coming to check on you :) wide variety of wine selection and the food is always divine! Tiramisu is the best I’ve ever had! Thank you, highly recommend!

Fantastic Italian restaurant by the water. Ambience and mood was very comfortable, and our waiter Michele was wonderfully tentative, gave us just the right amount of attention without being overbearing, and offered a complimentary replacement starter of salt cod croquettes when the more junior waitress initially served it without the essential saffron mayo.

Both our mains of swimmer crab spaghetti and prawns and squid risotto were well balanced, fresh, and vibrant.

We used the entertainment voucher and got a discount, which they accepted with no complaints or attitude.

Overall we are very happy first time customers and will definitely recommend anyone who wants a romantic Italian night without bring too stuffy or formal.

what a lovely lunch we had today at Oliveto. The food was amazing. We shared the salmon croquettes, delish! My friend had the olives, all to herself, and we also shared the stuffed zucchini flowers. For mains we had the crab pasta which she loved and couldnt finish so she took the rest home with her. I had the Ravioli, it was absolutely beautiful. The manager was a really lovely and personable woman, and the staff are all lovely. The weather was great today and so the view was amazing! A great lunch spot for us, we will definitely be back, thanks!

We can’t thank the team at Olivetos enough for making our wedding the best day of our lives. The team worked hard to ensure that everything was perfect in the lead up to the big day and everything went to plan. The food was so great – which I know can be hard to achieve with so many people. The wait staff were so attentive and were always there to attend to our guests needs. Everyone we have spoken to have raved about the venue – the food, the set up and the staff. It was perfect! I look forward to coming back every year for our anniversary! Thank you so much for giving us exactly what we wanted! I would definitely recommend Olivetos.
