We’ve been shopping here for our new home furnitures back and forth, our experience is absolutely top class service. Cassandra thank you for your amazing service, she is helping us throughout the journey, she also gave us very good recommendation for every piece we picked from their store, from colour selection, stylish and sizes. Communication is great, delivery on time and easy to connect to call centre / redirect to the Cannington store. Overall, our experience has been great not as what reviews mentioned.

Could not fault the excellent service from the team at Cannington Nick Scali Furniture. Although there was a delay in receiving our beautiful lounge it has well worth the wait, so so comfortable. The team kept in touch at all times very efficient and professional. We definitely recommend Nick Scali Cannington for any of your furniture requirements.

After a long delay in our furniture arriving we approached Kassandra, NS Cannington WA, who was more than professional. She organised another dining room table and chairs, a set that was available for delivery in 2 weeks, and overshadowed the process. Kassandra was excellent and responded instantly to emails and phone calls ensuring this was a smooth process. Thank you Kassandra for your help.

I just wish the rest of the Nick Scali team and especially their delivery service were more focused on delivering quality service. Delivery service is a very poor minus. I have purchased numerous items from Nick Scali and love the product, hate the delivery costs and options. Plus they refuse to take the packaging away after charging us an arm and leg for poor options. The

We bought a new reclining lounge suite. We went to a number of different stores before settling on this suite at Nick Scali. We were happy with their service and choice. I had problems with one chair about 9 months after delivery (not because of a bad product) and they responded immediately. Just before someone arrived to sort out the issue, I managed to work out the problem and solution. I recommend Nick Scali.

Ordering multiple lounges and living room furniture was straight forward, Tracey walked us through everything and made the whole process easy! 5 stars for Nick Scali Cannington service. Tracey was everything I needed in order to decide on my sofa and armchair. I found her professional, warm and friendly. She gave me respectful space to sit on umpteen sofas while always being available as a sounding board, adding useful thoughts and advice. Her manner enabled me to take my time choosing, I didn’t feel rushed or forced at all. Thank you :)

High-quality service from Peter, the staff who assisted us. He was very nice, helpful, and nice to talk to. The furnitures at the store were beautiful and high-quality too. We love our new sofa and the delivery guys were also really nice. Definitely recommend!

They have a good selection of furniture, a bit pricey but good quality. Deliveries are usually long but they say it's because each order is prepared according to individual needs. Cannot comment on product use as I'm yet to receive it.
