The operators were extremely friendly, kind, and professional :) do dress warmly as it can get very cold due to the ocean breeze.

Whale watch Western Australia always provides a great experience. We have been on many tours with them in Augusta and Bremer Bay. Staff are lovely, very knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure everyone on board has a positive experience. We look forward to many more outings with Whale Watch Western Australia in the future. We've been out with most of the companies doing tours now and always come back to WWWA for the best day out on the boat.

The team on board were so welcoming and shared so much knowledge with us all. It is amazing to see such large beautiful animals in their own environment. Everyone was clearly enjoying the experience as much as we were.

I cannot think of a better example of a Professional family Business.
Spoke to Jade at the counter and the way she explained the highlights and the professional manner she spoke about the competition was amazing..
I was highly impressed with the level of her maturity.
Come on board the brand new great open sea surface vessel and it was impossible to get a 'bad seat'.

The elder sister who was the tour guide and Jade then turned to a professional Photographer.

Mom was second mate and Dad was the Captain. All this was then minutely kept running with their Staffy 'Alby'. He kept a close eye on the proceedings.

Cannot recommend the level of knowledge and sights any better. Didn't have to worry about photos as all of them could be downloaded.
Just enjoy and concentrate on the majestic creatures and they were made to feel the experience with live commentary.

The audios of whale songs were amazing.

The MC was Always polite and had time for Questions, we all were engrossed.

My 8 year old son was seasick and Second mate took such a good care of him and at any point were not made to feel embarassed.

I cannot think of have a better Nature related sea trip ever in life and cannot wait to get back on board.

Try them once and you will NOT be disappointed. I wish them all the very best and it has been a memorable experience.

We had such a brilliant morning with this whale watching company last Saturday! My family and I (including two young boys) were looked after so well by this caring team, which we were very grateful for given one has special needs and the other is... well.. three years old! Providing toys and hot choc with marshmallows made it so much easier to keep them happy while my husband and I took turns to watch the whales. Special mention to Bubbles/Natalie who was so helpful with the kids - explaining what was happening whenever she saw them and generally being a big help. And when I started to feel unwell she was quick to assist. We saw plenty of whales on the day and the commentary was excellent! And - lucky us - there was a PhD student on board who used a drone to watch the whales, it really added to the excitement and helped us to know where they were. The footage we were given was amazing (thank you!).

I aim to do at least one humpback whale tour each year with Whale Watch Western Australia. They never dissappoint. Lots of fantastic whale sightings. I am always made to feel welcome and comfortable on board. This is a family owned and operated business. You can tell that this family really cares about their guests, and about the whales. The commentary on board is engaging and educational. It really adds to the experience. 10 out of 10. I would reccommend this company to anyone who wants to go whale watching.

For me it’s always the little things I notice about a place or a tourist operator. Like, the owner constantly wiping down the rails or chairs so people didn’t get too wet, hot tea and biscuits available as soon as you get on board and the friendly nature of the staff.
We boarded on a very wet and cloudy day in Augusta and trekked our to see the whales, no luck at first but the very knowledgeable guide was constantly updating us about the wildlife we saw. We made our way out further beyond the cape and saw some great whale action.
I highly recommend this company and their tours. We had a wonderful time. Will definitely visit again.

From hop on to hop off excellent service, fantastic, knowledgeable commentary throughout. Always crew on deck looking for pods,no rushing happy to take their time and a gorgeous puppy at the end. Definitely highly recommended. Looking forward to the next one.

Well run operation absolutely focused on safety and customer experience (took out 3 boats when lesser operators would have used 2 for the same passenger numbers, so no crowding), great commentary and support. A must do experience, highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the level of service from this company operated by a family of 4. I got to see many actions by the whales & 1 dolphin on 17 June. We also saw an albatross flying around which was a rare sight according to the locals. The captain ensured that the 2 hours was worth every single cent you pay for.

I think Leanne did a wonderful job of ensuring that everybody was comfortable on board and knew what to do. When many of the adults were throwing up due to the motion of the sea, she and her daughter went round offering ginger & lemon tea to ease the nauseous & also distribute blankets as the wind was quite cold.

Clearly, I can tell that they are not just interested in just taking passengers to see whales but also in their welfare while on board their ferry.

Kudos to the team work displayed as a family! 😊

Family run. Dad drives, mum and daughters in the cabins. Really lovely people. Clean and spacious luxury boat. Fresh ginger and biscuits on board. Little touches that make it really pleasant.

Thank you for a memorable whale watching experience and for looking after us on the very comfortable vessel. We managed to take some wonderful videos of the humpback whales that were in action during the morning tour. My kids and parents who were first time whale watchers were truly mesmerised.

We had the best time. Would recommend the Captain Lounge deal. Such an amazing tour, you can feel the passion each if the crew have for these creatures.
