Augusta Boat Harbour

Only a short distance south of Augusta is a brand-new marina that is reportedly designed to accommodate larger vessels. Both the architecture and the facilities are really nice.

Absolutely beautiful excellent facilities small Cafe but great for a picnic as well. Dogs welcome. Barbecues and if your lucky the dolphins pay you a visit.

Great rock wall along marina can walk to end beautiful ocean views

We visited this many times but still want to visit it over and over again. There was a lot of improvement. There is a walk way if you like go for a walk along the coast. There is a coffee shop nearby called Ocean pantry. They sell abalone here too. Keen of visiting again

Visited the harbour for a cruise, nice facilities, heaps of parking. Lots of sitting space and bbq area around the boat harbour.

Friendly place with good "chilled feels". Great for all ages and disability access in most areas. Clean, kept well, great for families too. I'm a single woman and I felt comfortable and safe. Lovely neck of the woods!

A fantastic seated area for all to enjoy watching the comings and goings of a historic port town.Toilets, water, gardens & parking.

A neat little harbour and marina. Largely a commercial port but also the departure point for whale watching. new facilities including public toilets and boat ramp with trailer parking.

Well worth a look. Marina rocks mined directly from hillside car park.

The boat harbour is where we left for whale watching experience. An excellent way to spend a morning. Unisex toilets a great idea...no graffiti and clean. Parking wasn't a problem in winter when we went. However I imagine it would be quite busy in summer months with more boaties using it.

Very good large marina made by quarying the local granite. Coffee shop but was not open. Very good engineering project.

Picturesque drive along the coast

We went whale watching with Legend Charters! Totally thank the crew for perseverance that chased the whale trail. Took us to the open waters and took our breath away when an adult humpback jumped out of the water and did a full flip!!!

A magical place even with a 45km wind well set out

Great views good amenities and an amazing feat of engineering.
