Possibly the worst freight company in Australia.
"Express" parcels sit around in their depot for days on end. Multiple phone calls only to be told "it's coming today" and day after day it doesn't show up.

Ask to collect from the depot yourself? Sorry it's on a truck so you can't do that.

Call for the fourth time only to be told the item has already been collected - which it hasn't.

Call yet again, and "customer service" tell you the depot is too busy so can't answer the phone.

End result, an urgent shipment required before Christmas won't be received until well into the new year.

Terribly run business. No customer service. Regularly fail to deliver & have to head out to Western Junction. Then once there, everything is engineered for their convenience with no thought of the customer. Don’t come in. No, don’t talk to me a human. Ring the green button on the wall. Wait outside. Ugh…. If it weren’t for incoming shipments coming through them… Would never voluntarily do business with them. See all the rest of the reviews for similar.

Every time a package gets sent with this company I have had to organise them to drop the package off at a nearby designated post office, because I am always at work during the regular delivery times. Seems like a terrible business decision to require a signature upon delivery to a residential address during normal working hours, expecting the deliveree to somehow be at home. They offer the option of redelivery, but they'd just end up delivering to a vacant house again.

Not open on Saturdays and closes at 5pm. If you deliver a 25kg package at 11am on a Friday of course people aren't going to be home. If you can ever find the time to drive out to west junction, because of course parcel collection isn't at the depot in the middle of Launceston, you won't be greater at all. Rude staff will only come out if you tell out to them.

Nearly Every parcel we have had delivered through toll we have had problems. They dont deliver to my address, fair enough. They typically contact me to arrange collection from depot or delivery to a local business. I've had parcels sit at the depot for weeks before being contacted, I've had them delivered to a business without being informed or contacted at all. Most recently I've had a very large costly parcel go missing for over a month. Strangely enough it was apparently delivered to my address. every time I contact toll I'm told it was delivered, then they reopen the case only to have someone close it again because it says delivered. I'd like to know where it was delivered cause it Certainly wasn't my address or the usual businesses and no one has the answers
