Auto One Armadale

Old mate at the back counter, can't remember his name. Was very helpful and knew exactly what part I needed after going to 3 other car shops, and they didn't even think they made the relays anymore. The lady at the front counter was also very happy and polite.

This is my go-to shop for any car products cos the lady behind the counter is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable when I need advice on certain products.

I came into the store today for a screw. I had been too about 6 shops before this one and none had service like auto one Armadale, the boys got right in and tired to track one down, no success unfortunately. But I left feeling impressed, I think I’ll be doing all my local shopping here from now on.

Service is important and these boys do it right.

Went there thismorning, Was greeted by the nicest bloke down the back who helped me out and let me borrow a tool , Rag and some hand cleaner cause I had to replace a pipe , Had a good yarn and was just a genuine top bloke.

Love this place. Staff are wonderful. They greet you by first name basis with genuine smile and interest to assist finding exactly what you need. Really cool people, happy and supportive team.

I originally stopped at another auto shop down the road, and was mislead to believe the part I was after was not available anymore. Consequently, I spent $60 . I stopped in at Auto One straight afterwards and was told that the other store lied to me!
I promptly went back and got a refund, then returned to Auto One and purchased what I was after plus more, for less than $20! (Not to mention the staff fitted it for me for free.)
This is definitely the place to go for a great selection of parts and friendly old fashioned customer service.

If want advice a fair price and people who walk the walk, just the way a parts operation should be. Go to Auto One Armadale. No cartoon characters selling inferior tools or duff duff. Just gold ol fashioned service.

This Auto One is a beauty! They are well stocked with everything from automotive parts, accessories, cleaners, and have trailer parts that others don't carry. The staff are helpful and prompt! I needed something for the work ute and a lovely lady in the back had just ordered what I needed for herself but she went above and beyond and made sure I left with what I needed which was seriously so appreciated and showed outstanding customer service!

Helpful advice always on hand and the parts for the job. If not they will get it in for you. My favourite Auto Parts store. These guys are brilliant and always helpful with whatever you want. If not in store, they will gladly get it in for you

Great range of products the staff were friendly and more than helpful they searched around to get me the best possible price and where they could have it in store for me in the quickest time they gave me a membership which also helps save money.they saved me over 150 dollars on one part where if I had gone to repco I would have paid 150 for the same part .This shop employs great staff that are there to help and I'll be going there for all my car products and parts from now on and seeing the difference in a price that big I'll never shop at repco ever again they are a complete money hungry rip-off and have stood around waiting while they gas bagged ..thankyou auto one more than happy with ya service and prices 10 outta 10 all day

Very helpful in sourcing parts, if they do not have the part in stock, they will source it from local suppliers.
