Merry's Furniture Osborne Park

24/05/24: I purchased a pair of manual recliners earlier this year to replace a pair from another vendor, who no longer exists, that had fallen apart. I am very impressed with them so far. I went the Merry's because my parents had purchased some electric lift chairs from here about 25 years ago that are still going strong. I had been looking at the website for a while to see which ones would suit my needs and try to narrow the contenders a bit and decided to go for a test drive at the show room straight after the christmas break. Simon was extremely helpful and knows his products extremely well. He was able to accommodate any variation I asked for and was happy to help me browse for as long as I needed without any pressure. I eventually made my decision and was surprised at how reasonable the price was. I was happy that I spent the money to have them delivered as the delivery guys were extremely helpful and professional. Where I would have struggled to get them through the door they just walked them straight in without an issue, they even moved the old ones outside for me. The only thing that I was surprised about was the time it took for them to be ready (15 weeks), to the point that I rang them to find out what was happening. The advantage of them being a family owned WA business is that they know their products inside out and they are all invested in making a quality product and providing good service. Maybe that is why they have been around for ever. The quality of my chairs is really impressive. Highly recommended.

Sue is absolutely gorgeous! Extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly - they definitely know their products! We didnt realise that 'leather' doesn't necessarily mean actual leather! I can't thank all the staff enough at both the Cannington and Osborne Park stores. We were well informed about the Chesterfield sofa that we purchased, from all the different shades, colours and styles. Due to unforeseen circumstance the Chesterfield was delayed in transit but when it arrived in Perth, Simon went out of his way to make sure it was delivered to our doorstep before Christmas Day. We are absolutely delighted with the shade of green we choose and it fits perfectly in our front room, thank you again for all your help.

My experience with Merry furniture was absolutely fantastic. I checked nearby options but found overpriced and boring solutions. Was greeted and served by the owner Sue Merry (owner ) who was just a refreshing and polite business owner that took customer service to a level that now is almost extinct. Would certainly recommend and will be returning for my future purchases.
Also was surprised by the large range of choices and styles on offer.

Family owned business, lovely staff and very informative

Brought mum to look at lift chairs. The lady serving was brilliant and lovely with mum. Selection was great. Price was amazing. We didn't look anywhere else. Second experience with Merry's and won't be the last.

I had a very positive experience buying a sofa from Merry's Furniture. They had a good range of designs and fabrics. Simon was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone in Perth looking for good quality furniture at very affordable prices.

We found Merry's staff to be very helpful and friendly. They were able to find just the right colour and size of modular we required and organise delivery. We have already recommended them to our friends and are looking to get a theatre set now for the games room.
