Definitely underrated, best kids cafe for all ages!!😁

Such a great play centre, honestly highly recommend, first time taking my son and will definitely be coming back. The staff are all so lovely also. Such a good play place

Very good hospitality practices compared to other hospitality establishments in the industry. The workers there are really nice, including the manager. It's sad that there are so many disrespectful comments giving 1 star reviews. Honestly, the menu and food options are really good for a kids world and the food is always served hot.

After reading really bad reviews, I was skeptical about taking my children there for a birthday party we had over the weekend. But we were pleasantly surprised. The reviews I read prior said that the play centre was dirty, the staff were incompetent and the equipment was broken. I found the opposite. The staff were constantly going around spraying and wiping down tables etc, the staff were all so helpful and nice. There were two trainee female staff members on from memory and both of them were doing a great job. And I didn’t notice any broken equipment. One of the male staff members also made it clear to people entering of the rules and that no nuts were to be brought into the centre, which I though was very reassuring for all children/parents wanting to come and play there. Their food and coffee was decent. Both my 2 year old and 4 year old enjoyed it. Will definitely be back soon!

This place is amazing so much better then other play centres and please don't worry about the Karen's in other reviews especially about the manager she was actually lovely!!
But Sarah was just a delight!!! Such a lovely young girl my guests all said how attentive she was to us and our kids thanks for everything today my daughter had the best 4th birthday keep up the excellent effort guys will definitely be back

One of the best playgrounds we’ve ever been! It’s spacious, it has equipment for all ages and also the amazing blow-up slide!
The menu has all the classics, but it gives you lots of healthy options, for both adults and children. Everything is fresh and you can actually see the people in the kitchen preparing them.
The staff are super amazing! Excellent customer service, polite and working non-stop. There’s always a staff member walking around with a dustpan and a disinfectant. I’ve personally witnessed customers being extremely rude to them but they’ve dealt with great professionalism!
We’re coming here every week and will continue to do so!

A perfect adventure playland for kids. Most activities kids love were available in this playland 🎯

First time here and my 4 year old son loved it. There is lots to do but his favorite was the blowup slide. Very popular and great fun. Food was great too. My fussy eater son loved the chicken nuggets and chips.

Staff provided excellent service. Clean bathrooms. No issues with our children playing - lots of different slides and play equipment to accommodate children of varying ages.

Had a last minute birthday party in one of the party rooms due to bad weather. The staff were honestly so amazing. They were accommodating. Big shout out to Imogen. She was our party host and was great!

Good place for the kids to enjoy. There are a lot of opportunities to improve their customer service. Food is a bit expensive.

Best staff members and service. I absolutely enjoy coming with my children because of the staff members, well mannered and VERY attentive, especially Sarah who really did her utmost to resolve issues there n then. Very rare you see staff members like that. My son was so happy with her best service he asked if he can come back here everyday lol. During covid people have changed for the worse sadly, it's good to see some kind of normality at this playland, even the new trainee Sajah was very attentive and very professional, very pleased with her, she didn't stop cleaning, making sure the tables were wiped and cleaning after filthy customers. They train their staff well God bless. Overall, I will only come here and nowhere else.

My kids were having great fun today! We stayed there for around 2-3 hours and they wish we could come earlier next time.

The only problem is they close at 4pm on school days which means basically kids are not able to come and have fun.

Update: However, the shooting balls are disappearing nowadays and make it not as fun as before.

This is a great play centre, the kids will be entertained for hours. They are a few great areas, a big jumping slide, shooting gun section, trampolines, as well as a separate area for kids 4 and under. The staff are lovely, always willing to help. A special thanks to Ali for all his help and excellent customer service.

Big, fun, not too many people. Best child security system I've seen.
Also, the staff were constantly cleaning.
Good food in the Cafe, but I didn't try the coffee.

We had a private party last night and the crew were just amazing to deal with on the night , From the beginning to finish the girls were so helpful and were on top of things ...
Everyone was raving on about the party 🥳

Definitely one of the better centers there are. A huge area in comparison to the cramped Monkey Mania at Moore park, big menu and plenty of seating. My kids loved it!

Love it here. Can see the kids through the netting, equipment is in good condition & the food is actually decent - unlike some other places !
They keep it reasonably clean too 👌🏼
