Excellent customer service. Food came out on a timely manner. Reasonable priced dishes and the food was amazing. The highlight dish was the Chef's special sweet and sour pork with potatos. The pork remain crispy and the sweet and sour flavour was perfect, wasnt too strong. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice restaurant that is clean and well decorated. The thick rice noodle is firm as it should be, and the signature sweet and sour pork was the highlight. Service was also good.

The greeting and the service were great. My family really enjoyed the food as well as the ambience. The restaurant was quite full and I can understand why.

I left my bag in the store and only realized it half an hour later. They found it and kept it safe for me until I returned. I was so touched. The food was delicious!

I travelled all the way out to Hurstville for their famous soup and noodles, and it wasn't disappointing. The soups we ordered were so flavoursome and noodles were fresh and chewy. This place is worth visiting.

I found this place during covid lockdown. I've to say this place indeed is not your usual Chinese menu. The foods are all finely made from the ingredients to the cooking. The wonton skin is thin and silky smooth. The soup has natural flavours and I didn't sense it overloaded with MSG. The dumplings are done to the crisp. The noodles are bouncy. The shop is clean and well managed. Unlike your usual stir-fry combinations, I would say this place serves Chinese finest food. Their lunch menu is affordable and tasty too!

Overall pretty authentic 福建 cuisine. Taro mash is amazing, highly recommended.

Fuzhou style cuisine. Two pax.

Ordered:
“Buddha Jumps over the Wall” - legend has it this dish smelled so good monks from a neighbouring monastery were climbing over their walls and willing to break their vegetarian ways to savour this dish. Pork and chicken bits, shiitake and quail eggs stewed in a slightly herbal stock. Small portion size, hard to share , but beautifully and subtly flavoured. Was told it would be a 15min wait but came out in 5. Efficient service or a clever marketing ploy?

some $9.80 porky noodle dish with pickled mustard greens and a few quail eggs to boot. saucy , hearty and well shared between 2.

Sweet and Sour Pork - crisply fried, and dressed delicately with a light sugary, garlicky vinegar. Not soggy in the least. Portion looks deceivingly small.

Service was prompt and attentive, Wait staff had thorough and helpful knowledge of dishes and were caring enough to advise on what I should and shouldn’t eat because of my wrist injury (I was wearing a splint).

~$42 to more than fill 2 people. Would’ve cost $15 less and been equally satisfying without the Buddha jumping over the wall dish. Keen to return .

My faaavoyrite place to go for their soups and peanut noodles. Their meal sets are also really good value and tasty. But their soups are yuuuum. I wish they had another store elsewhere.

Great little noodle shop, with really good service. A pleasant surprise. Normally go to dishes are the peanut sauce noodles and the sweet and sour fish with noodles. We also normally get a bowl of soup for the toddler, although I find it a bit on the salty side.

Always love coming here, the food is great every time I come. Pretty busy during lunch and dinner times but there's no helping that. Prices are affordable, especially the lunch special. I've been coming here for years and the quality has not waned.

Recommended by Fujian friends, one humble from the city, the other raised rural grown to fashion, and both recommended here. Wonton was generously given with big bouncy stuffing, and the sesame paste stir noodle was geniuen. Sweet sour crispy pork was made authentic, while the rice wine chicken could be with more red rice wine curd on. Taro paste was a bit disappointing in comparison to the other dishes, as it was a bit too artificially milk tea taste. Came the second time in a row on weekend after church, and will come the third time.

Dishes taste good here and not expensive, a relatively good environment but the table is not big enough.
