Great cafe, very interesting breakfast menu with unusual and delicious flavours, very friendly staff. Great quirky decorations. Highly recommended this place.

Love this place, super friendly and if you are a dog person it's even better. Food delicious, I added a side of spinach to my whippet (name of dish) table service was a lovely surprise too. I'll be back for sure with my dog 🐕 😁

Excellent coffee and delish food. Everything is made in house including the baked goods. Quirky, reclaimed, and mismatched furniture suit the place. A++ for “Benny and The Jets” breakfast—smoky and more-ish.

I was looking for a new brunch spot and I’m so glad I stumbled across this gem of a place. I was blown away by the brilliant customer service I received- I shuffled into the cafe saddled down with multiple bags and a baby in tow and I was instantly approached with kindness, initiative and a helpful hand. The fresh juice and baked goods were also delicious! Thank you for reminding me what hospitality means and I will certainly be coming back.

The food here is always amazing and so flavourful. We have eaten at two dogs laughing multiple times and it’s always impeccable. The staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to help to provide for our child and our dog. Thanks you so much

Update for new premises:
We have been visiting Two Dogs Laughing for a few years now. The Stack Street location had a real Freo vibe about it. Hidden away in the industrial area, it always had a very laid-back atmosphere. The food was fantastic every time. The furniture was old, with lots of character. The old lounge opposite the entrance was often the refuge of the resident dog Boncie. It always looked like it may have been under construction. Staff and customers were always friendly. There was probably nothing that I would have changed, it had everything that a great café required. Then news came through that they were moving to 199 South Street, Beaconsfield. We had our doubts that the new venue would have the same great vibes. Fast forward, we have now been to the new location a few times and although it does not have the same vibe, it has a great new vibe and somehow the food has gone to a new level. It has got a lot more popular now although we have managed to get a table every time, it has sometimes been the last table available. We again visited this Saturday at about 10:30am, it was still busy, with a table outside and a few inside available. One thing we have noticed is that no matter how busy it has been, the food still arrives promptly. The food was amazing. Coffee arrived promptly, not too long before the food. I had the Umami Scram and my wife had the Bombay Aloo.

Went for a walk down to Two dogs with our whippet, Honey. Had a fantastic meal. Great atmosphere and fantastic staff.

Love the super cool colourful quirky décor and atmosphere of this café. Well presented delicious food and drinks came out in good timing. Female Irish staff member was very welcoming as she greeted me with friendly smiles when I walked in the door and was very attentive. Owner and Chef Libby and Boncie the maître d' were having a day off so didn't get to meet them unfortunately. Jenny's beautiful creative Ikebana arrangements which are for sale caught my eye and added to the great ambience. Laid back and easy parking.

Best breakfast I had all year! The menu is very much on trend and well priced. The food arrived not only looking great but was also overflowing with super fresh herbs, not a wilted leave in sight. Needless to say we loved every bite.

What is more, this is the most dog friendly place I have ever been to, with dogs allowed inside too. Tables are spread out though so there are no issues jf your furry friend doesn't get on with your neighbour. Also we went on a Sunday and while the place was busy we could still have a normal conversation - no need to shout at each other.

Overall I would probably give the place 6 stars if I could!

Love the casual vibe, the giant indoor plants, great food and coffee. Great fusion international food. I even found a dish called Suan la tang (酸辣汤).❤will give it a try next time :)

Omg best brekkie EVER!!! I’m vegan and chef Libby made me up the best tofu scramble I’ve ever had.
Great coffee, great vibe, dogs, couches. What more could you wish for. This is exactly what the area has been needing. This will definitely be my new regular hang out.

Absolutely love this little local cafe! Amazing coffee, relaxed vibes and unbelievably delicious food! It feels effortless in its casual style and easy atmosphere but it’s evident that a lot of skill, creativity and love has gone into this food. Beautifully elevated and re-imagined favourites, thoughtful complex flavours, with the freshest ingredients, vibrant presentation at completely reasonable prices. It’s hard to overstate how amazing this place is! And crucially… doggo friendly!

New location for Two dogs laughing but the quality of the food and the staff didnt change. As always coffee and breakfast are amazing. Friendly staff. And what a pleasure to have dine in meal with your doggy when its raining outside.
Will be back for sure and will try to order something else than Cilbur i always order.

Staying in Freemantle for a week and decided to do a long walk to Two Laughing Dogs for breakie... the reviews were great. So..... Coffee - small long black - one of the best I have had all over Australia over many years. Even the iced latte on oat was really really good. The meals for breakfast were really great - thoroughly enjoyed the beef burger and my son, the classic (pan) cakes. I was delighted to see another meat option on the menu - not just bacon. Really glad I did the walk. Loved it.

Enjoyed breakfast here recently. Tables inside and out all with table service. Great range of meals and well priced. Beautifully cooked food and great coffee. Warm friendly staff. Not far from Freo. Well worth a visit!

Home made... home made... yum yum yum.. loved this quirky creative place. We came in almost on closing time, so menu had finished, but was welcomed with warmth. There was yummy home made selwction of salads, pies, quiches and treats in the display fridge, I'm glad we were late, that home made pie was to die for, plus the chutney on the side!!! Xx
