Great service provided by Merlene, and delivery was also very good and smooth! The furnitures were in excellent condition and wrapped with several wrappings. Delivery team also delivered the furnitures in a very careful manner.

We had a very pleasant experience when buying an electric tilt-up/adjustable bed today 27/3/2022. Sales lady Merlene was very helpful and NON PUSHY and explained things in a practical way. WE are very happy with the Price , Service and Professionalism shown by this Company.

Had a great experience with this company, a very nice lady helped us with our purchase we wanted 2 x 2 seaters instead of the 2 and 3 seater advertised. This was not a problem and she even got it discounted for us. The delivery guys were excellent, polite and unpacked and removed all the rubbish. Good product and value for money

We bought an electric recliner lounge set from beds4U back in 2021 and it’s not even 3 years yet, our recliner stopped working and became stucked in the reclined position. We went back to the Maddington branch and the lady (Merlene), was very helpful to help retrieve the receipt for our purchase back in 2021 and got one of their Beds4U (or supplier?) representative to come down to assess the damage.

We were upset in the beginning as we felt that Beds4U did not follow through the warranty claim process with their customer and left us dealing with their supplier, which was frustrating. However, after our complaint and also a discussion with their owner (Harish), they came to understand where we were coming from and helped us get our recliner repaired very quickly, even offering to pick it up and drop it off at our place. Harish even followed up with a call after his team dropped off the recliner.

Through this experience, we are happy to say that we would still be buying our furniture from Beds4U and especially from Maddington branch's Merlene :).

We purchased a bed and mattress from here and arranged for delivery, I have no concerns with the product however we haven’t been able to use it since it arrived 4 days ago with no screws, fittings or instructions to put it together. What’s even more disappointing is that no one we’ve been in contact with seems to be particularly in a rush to solve the issue. We’ve already dismantled our old bed and arranged for it to be taken away. The customer service has been despicable. I even tried contacting another branch who were open later for support and they didn’t answer their phone! Definitely won’t be using these guys again, as stated the products and prices are great but in all honestly we’ve paid thousands of dollars to sleep on a mattress on the floor at this stage.
