Broadway Fair Shopping Centre

Lovely and snuggery shopping centre next to UWA. Lots of Asian food choices and grocery stores. Parking is okay, not many spaces but first 2 hours free.

I love this place and its relaxed atmosphere! Mostly students, office people and housewives. Lots of variety such as Chinese, Fish n chips, Middle Eastern for shawarma, falafel and other yummy food. There's also a tavern. There are clean rest rooms (I've only used the ladies) news agent, boutiques, IGA, dentists, bottle shop, health foods and pre- loved clothes shop which I cannot comment on but looks okay from the window! Kong's Chinese grocery store is very fully stocked with Asian sauces, fresh veggies and frozen foods too. Enjoy!

Really Awesome place you can find groccery stores , restaurants, pharmacy, clothing almost everything here. Beautiful place it is.

Love this place, the atmosphere, food, music 🎵 it’s such a great vibe, and Nedlands Medical Centre 💯 can’t recommend enough

This place really is a hidden gem - literally didn't know it was there and once you're inside the courtyard there's Varsity, the best kebabs I've had in a while, a mini Kongs supermarket, and a good friendly atmosphere.

Very close to UWA Crawley campus....Varsity bar and other restaurants located in the shopping centre....

One stop business center for most of your basic needs and some non basic needs like ice creams and chips!

I love the selection of food here, so many different things to choose from. The gozleme and the bubble tea are definitely worth getting. It's always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The parking is done well with the first hour free on your ticket.

only here cuz it's the nearest shopping center from my place, and the IGA is open till 10pm/7 days. and there's also kings grocery store for indonesian needs. other than not much choices here

I work at Weirs Butcher shop. Awesome place to work staff are friendly and helpful. Best fresh meats, freshly baked sausage rolls and chunky steak pies daily. Worth a try. Come on in.

Great variety of stores and businesses. Ranging from eateries, clothing, hardware, gifts, newsagents, tavern, supermarket, cafes and chemist.

The IGA's includes lots of fresh local products. Friendly staff and great layout of store.

Broadway Fair offer an exceptional mix of retail and food outlets ans seems to be frequented by a wide variety of shoppers. It is a rather small place, but has lots to offer for everybody.

Love this IGA a bit different to the good grocer. Excellent Chinese restaurant. And a places to eat .

A great little shopping centre with a mini "food hall" in the basement with plenty of tables and a good variety of very cheap food stalls. Free parking for the first hour. Do not worry about the stairs - there are ramps.

Unfortunately since my original post 9 years ago parking has not changed and it is the worst parking area in Perth. Very narrow bays and many more "Dalkeith tractors" using the centre. No where near enough disabled parking bays for the many older people using the centre who need wider bays just to be able to get in and out of their car. I have raised the problem with the centre manager but still no charge.

I like the Varsity Bar there. Good atmosphere and sports venue selection.

This shopping centre has blossomed with many food options on the lower floor. University students add to the activity and most of the food options are well patronised. There is a diversity of cuisines geared towards casual dining / takeaway.
Good for a drop in and out, or potentially a drink at the bar.
Has in the past been a bit dingy, but now a perceptable lift in the presentation of some of the food outlets and the bar.
There is also a good Asian provisions store on the lower level (Kong's).

A university student favourite. Loads of no fuss restaurants. And a local IGA

Broadway Fair Shopping Centre (Nedlands):
This would be the best small shopping centre my Fiance and I have ever come across. It's whole design is unique, different, one of a kind. It had a warm friendly atmosphere to it, and the whole shopping centre was smoke free! We did not smell any smoke, inside or outside, none anywhere. The whole layout looks great with the trees and all. The Jeweller Shop there, was the first we have ever seen selling Grandfather Clocks ($11,000 and $35, 000 aprox, going on sale for 40% off). I loved the layout of the Sabz Cafe so much, I chose that one to eat in. Again, good warm friendly service...the food was good too and served in a good time. One other thing that was unique, the shopping directory has this list of all shops and numbers, with a magnet attached, for the fridge. The only negative thing which I plan to inform of, is there needs to be a sign pointing to where the toilets are, and a clear Centre Management sign. We definitely will return one day!

P.S. Don't worry about stairs, there are ramps as well :)
