The temperature warning of my car was suddenly on while we were driving back to Canberra. It was after business hours when we arrived at the MB. We then parked outside the store and worried what should we do. Then we saw someone walking into the store and we approached him. He helped us without any hesitation. Super friendly and helpful guy!

Called 6 mins before closing and I was 25 mins drive away. Asked could he look at suspect steering noise. Gentleman said sure he could check it out for safety and he would check it out if we came over even though it would be way past closing Got to him at 5:50 and he kindly and cheerfully checked our our issues reassured us of roadworthness. Thanks very much.

Mark puts in a ton of effort and is much more personable than other mechanics in the area who charge tourist prices.
