"Don" the alchemist was a fantastic help with my green/black pool issue. Didn't try to sell me hundreds of $ worth of chemicals, just advised on how to clean the mess up before getting the levels right. I followed said advise and it worked a treat. Would recommend this place (and Don) any day.

Been going with a rival pool company for the past couple years; only once a summer to assist me in the recovery from a green pool to get it up and running for the Summer use.

My last encounter with sed rival pool company had the person come out and meet me whilst I was still home (sat in next door neighbours drive way for a good 10 minutes before I went over to let him know he was one house away 🤭😐) and then proceeded to take to me through the process of how a pool works etc. and treatment plan, and charged me $100 + gst for this ‘consultation’ and enlightening pool fact session yet did absolutely nothing apart from a test on the pool.

Started to look elsewhere, found these guys, and after confirming a date and having a very nice chat with the owner on the phone, came home today to see my pool looking pristine and spotless ready to be used. I was doing my happy dance indeed 😁

The pool wasn’t in terrible shape and I just needed assistance with a big vacuum to bring it back to life, and low and behold it was done!

Whoever you were mystery pool serviceman, I am in debt and will never sway from Bullcreek Pool & Spa Mart with that kind of service and finish. Beyond happy
