Perfect customer service, even from a thousand kilometres away. My 22 year old faithful Kirby looks like new! I was quoted the needed parts before they were replaced.. and was sent the worn, old parts to show what wear had taken place. I'm very impressed with the service and highly recommend them!!

Sent my Kirby from Queensland to Sam in Sydney. I couldn't be happier with the service, turn around time and wow, the look and smell of my vacuum cleaner is incredible. I recently had my Kirby vacuum cleaner serviced by All K Service. As I'm in a rural location, some extra organisation was required to pick up and deliver my machine. Sam was extremely helpful, and made the process so very easy for me. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and the communication I received from the time I booked my service online, to when my machine came back was far above anything I expected. I am thrilled with how my machine looks and works following the service. I can't recommend All K Service, and Sam, highly enough.

From the first keystroke to make the enquiry to the serviced vacuum on my doorstep it couldn't have been more easy or professional. Sam was a delight to work with and his patience and value add made it a seamless service. I am a Kirby fan and ours is a Gen 3 from 1993 and only now did it need a new brush. I decided on a few other things I wanted Sam to look at and with their booking system and a phone call he understood exactly what I was after and in my budget. From start to finish it was 9 days Brisbane to Sydney door to door. I can't recommend them high enough.

Recently I had reason to call All K Service for spare parts for my Kirby Heritage (1984). After chatting to Sam for a few minutes he quickly pointed out to me that my best, and most economical fix, would be to purchase a reconditioned unit. Took me by surprise but, after giving it a little thought I saw that Sam was correct.

After taking payment details the reconditioned Kirby G Six was in my possession the very next day. (Sydney to Brisbane).

The Kirby unit looked brand new but, a close look and I could tell that a couple of the accessories had been used before.

I had dealt with All K Service on a couple of previous occasions some years before but, this service ‘blew my mind’. Trustworthy and totally professional - amazing service.

I have a Kirby vacuum cleaner which is 12 years old and the locking nut for connecting the power head to the body of the machine was worn.
Sam replaced the front panel supporting the lock nut for a very reasonable cost and also carried out a general service.
The Kirby now looks brand new and importantly, works like brand new. For just over $260 I now have an almost brand new $4,000 Kirby and good for at least another 12 years service.
By the way, the customer service is always excellent!!

I was pleased to come across this service on the web, as I couldn’t find anywhere in Victoria that was qualified to service Kirby vacuums and supply genuine Kirby parts. I was further blessed when contacted(in person) by the company’s service department - they let me know about ways that costs could be cut by purchasing refurbished parts, rather than brand new. After the service was complete they rang again to talk through the work that had been completed- to make sure I was happy with everything.
I had some anxious moments about the return freight & it was further exacerbated when scammers almost convinced me to pay extra few dollars for delivery. Thankfully Daniella (in charge of admin.) was very diligent in communicating with me and doing follow up calls with the freight company- I was told to wait and not share any bank details hastily. My parcel arrived safely & I was grateful I hadn’t been duped.
I am very satisfied with the personal service provided- particularly the personal phone calls, which is very rare in this day and age. Thank you

The recent interstate servicing and repair of our Kirby vacuum cleaner by All K Service was a most efficient and satisfactory procedure. Prices and comprehensive information provided during our initial phone enquiry were confirmed by an email which also included useful photos, carton details and procedures for preparing the machine for shipping. Communication was excellent after the Kirby had been assessed and the cost of parts in addition to the routine servicing became known. I am greatly impressed by the knowledge and integrity of All K Service.

Absolutely amazing service!!! I have a 25 year old Kirby which has picked up 25 years of dog hair and dust and couldn’t be used without smelling the past 25 years. We sent it off to All K who organised everything, what we got back was pretty much a brand new vacuum.
Smells amazing looks even better. They kept in contact with me the whole time and I couldn’t recommend them more.
