I get great service from this pharmacy every time I go there. Today I was served by Aurora who was knowledgeable, very keen to help and friendly, thank you!!

Very helpful with a family skin issue. They looked up ingredients to avoid buying me another brand, which might just make my child's skin worse! I was able to get a refund on the unopened boxed product.

Amazing staff! I called up to have a script dispensed and it was ready when I arrived 5 minutes later. The staff were so professional and friendly and even though it was busy, they smiled and offered assistance and didn’t rush me along. Will be my new go to pharmacy. Thank you!

I am a diabetic type 2 who when 1st diagnosed was shocked at the findings as I don’t think I was susceptible to that!
However the staff at Greg’s were very understanding and informative on the subject which put me at ease. Api the pharmacist is so caring that I felt I could ask her about my condition with out any embarrassment!
In today’s hi pressure environments and let’s make a profit at all cost world, it’s good to see old fashioned service and pride in ones work?

Lachlan the trainee pharmacist has displayed a level of excellence with regards to medicine combinations that aren't compatible, making sure they werent being taken together. He went above and beyond today and I consider he will make an excellent practitioner in the future. Thanks heaps.

Excellent service. I have been a customer of Greg's Southern River for 10 years. I have some complex allergies and they are caring and thorough. They are also keep prices low. They provide a lot of other products such as tissues, handwash and other cleaning requirements at extremely competitive prices.

The best customer service compared to any pharmacy I have been to in Perth. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help!
