Really good service I was a hot mess to. I locked the change rooms by accident. Grabbed the display stuff 🤦🏼‍♀And set the alarm off as well But they were lovely and the clothes are amaze !

Black Friday sales. It was crawling with people and honestly the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely store.

Customer service is poor, called the store and the lady who picked up the phone mumbled “joondalup ghanda” and i asked if they had a size small in two different jumpers in which they replied yes and was quick to hang up the phone. It wasn’t busy in the store either as i could hear in the background of the call another employee obnoxiously gossiping about someone. I drove 20 minutes to the store expecting there to be a small in the jumpers. When i arrived at the store it was empty the staff were drinking and eating food behind the front counter. I told the girl at the front that i had previously called and was looking for the jumpers and she looks at the employee next to her and they both do a rude smile at each other which made the atmosphere feel awkward. Considering they said on the phone they had a small in both jumpers they didn’t, they only had larges and mediums? So i drove 20 minutes there and back for nothing when they could have taken 2 minutes out of their yapping session to see if they had the size i was after. stores a mess and they never seem to have smaller sizes anyway.

I bought clothes for my daughter fie Christmas, unfortunately I wish I hadn't from this store, as they didn't fit, she's a bigger girl so I got size 16 the biggest they had, I left the tags on took then back like 10 hours after purchasing them, I was not told they don't give refunds only credit notes, So i was in shock when they wpuldnt give me money back. Im a single mum so cant afford a lot so my daughter won't be getting a present as the dtupid credit note is usless as they clothes dont fit her, they did not care that this meant my daughter wont be recieving a gift because their stupid clothes wont fit.
I've never had this problem with any other store.
I'm really not happy or impressed I wont be recommending them to anyone . Also I found the staff to be rude they all stood around talking I had to ask for help getting a dress down which It was obvious i was struggling to get, you would think with 6 workers working in a 15m x 15m shop they would do their job, I assume it was the manager had to tell them to assist customers. The boys made me feel u comfortable looking at the clothes, I don't think they would know anytingt about girls clothes.

So if your wanting to buy a gift and there's a chance it might not fit ho to any other shop as this one this one doesn't refund!!!!
