J mart west ryde

Fully stocked Korean mart; from alcohol, frozen goods, household items to your typical non-perishable food items. Fresh vegetables are also way fresher and cheaper compared to Woolies/Coles.

I have been going to this supermarket for over a decade (used to be called Jae Eun before they moved to the current location). I think their fruit and veg are good quality. They also have bulk bags of rice near the entrance at very good prices. Staff are all very nice and they even pack your bags at the checkout. If you're into crazy Korean stuff then this is a place worth checking out.

This is a Korean Asian grocery tucked behind the back alleys just off Victoria Road in West Ryde. Don't be fooled by the old looking facade this store has they basically have everything Korean here. From snacks, biscuits, basic pantry staples, cookware, frozen food, and alcohol. Prices here are decent too, a bit cheaper as compared to the other grocery on the other side of the street. If you can't find parking on the street, it's a short walk from the Woolies/library carpark.

This is a large store and you can get variety of quality Korean groceries here. Some precooked foods are also available. Fresh and good service. I would recommend.

Very relaxing as not crowded like the Korean stores in Eastwood. Yet still got all the Korean groceries you need.

This shop is the best. I've been getting my everyday items here since the shop opened. The staff are really nice, great big open area and their products are great 👍. I'm very happy about the prices and what I am looking for it right in this shop. I hope it will become more successful someday so other people can know how awesome this mart is.

Loves using back door with easy parking street (on Victoria rd) not in peak hour.

5stars because they didn’t try to scam you in terms of prices amid last years covid mad buy period. Seriously went to 5 different k-groceries and as soon as the covid lockdown news broke out, all 5 inflated the prices to the roof! I plan to only use this store (and hope others will too) in the long run as these people didn’t make stubborn and very selfish decisions to steal money during vulnerable, anxious times.

In terms of customer service, ughh won’t comment anything about the young workers there... But major thumbs up to the owners (especially the female owner) who are extremely loyal, diligent and sweet people. Hope they keep up the nice work.

Ps. Sometimes get nauseous from their cleaning products but still, it’s reassuring to know that they are cleaning their stores everyday and take all precautionary measures for prevention

Great collection of Korean groceries and a well stocked general store. One of the best stores in Ryde area.

Visited on Sat 30 Jul at around 8:30pm.Good customer service, also with greeting at entrance. Prices are good too. Will be back again.
