Samson Beach Caravan Park

Delightful small van park in a little seaside village. Sites concrete or pavers, small areas of gravel or grass. Amenities old but clean. Afternoon shade on most sites. Dog friendly and across the road from beach. Next door to tavern for meals. Park on other side for the kids. Reception across the road at the Chalet. Site 16 as mentioned below is only for emergency accommodation & not generally used.

Nextdoor is the General Store.

There is a large Mud Crab 🦀 feature.

Great little park located across from Town Beach and close to everything else. Showers and toilets retro but very clean. Casey the manager is brilliant, so cheerful and helpful. Had a relaxing few days in this delightful spot.

What a delightful little park.

Small park for caravan not to many bays, very safe to stay at. If one small negative point would be maintenance on leaking tap and blocked waste drains. Stayed during the wild weather. Staff are very happy and supportive i will stay again.

Nice park, amenities are old but clean. Pity about the constant music from the pub even at 10am when the pubs not even open. At $55 a night it's a bit expensive.

Location: close to the beach. No waves or strong sea currents. Tavern: next door. Music can be loud at times. General shop: Don't expect much, very limited stock and alcohol. Limited shaded areas in camp site. The place is kept clean. Kitchen: 2 gas BBQ units - that's it! Compared to other camp sites I've visited, this place is overpriced , dated, and does not over much.

Beware, we booked a powered caravan site but when we arrived it was number 16 right next to septic sewage tank with awful smell and pump running 24/7 and next to the demountable bathrooms. Only site available. We decided would be better to camp on side of road than this! Charged $49pn.
