Samson Beach Tavern

It’s a pretty busy place and was recommended to visit. We ordered a few drinks which which at the time was the drink of the week called “Pornstar” . It was actually pretty good, the sourness before pouring the champagne in the drink to make it sweet. The oysters was good fresh, and didn’t taste any seawater/saltiness like you get in some oysters. Service was good. Sitting by the bar section facing the sea, you could actually see whales. Definitely recommend to come here again.

Great views, and the meals have greatly improved, not a blob of coleslaw to be seen 😉
Very busy on mothers day ,but the staff were great pumping out meals,hot and delicious.
Able to sit downstairs on picnic tables as well.
Lovely staff ,very fast service even on a busy day. Meals looked to be big serves and with vibrating tiles used, easy to sit anywhere and pick up food quickly when ready.
Will return 👍🏽

Fantastic food, great for with or without kids with a large open beer garden and large deck overlooking the ocean.
I can't recommend it highly enough.

Great location overlooking the ocean, great vibe/atmosphere, great service, drinks were cold and food was delicious. Couldn't ask for any more after a long day on the road.

Fantastic Fish and Chips. Pure white flaky soft fish that fell apart, tasted great and coated in a crispy batter..
Great atmosphere, fantastic views and staff were great. Dion was very welcoming and is the right person for the job. Just the welcome and banter you need after a day in the sun to relax with a cold beer and great food.

What to do on an 42’C RDO day you say? cruise out to a random remote destination and enjoy a cold beer overlooking the beach 🏖 amazing food, great hospitality I highly recommend!

Very nice and beautiful place

Bloody good food, good service, good cocktails and a sensational view over the water. A bit pricey but that’s to be expected around these parts. Highly recommend for a lunch destination out of Karratha. Will be back.

Awesome location food & service, could of started all day

A great beachside tavern with fantastic food. Half price beer on tap during happy hour, and a great feed, as you look out over the ocean from the open-air balcony surrounded by luscious tree top foliage. 10/10 pub/bar/tavern experience. Nice and casual after a long day at the beach.

Sweet place to eat and relax. Yummy, crispy fish and chips, good selection of beer on tap, great staff and all with an ever changing view of the sea and tides. Walk along the beach and rocks then a stay next door at the caravan park. Weekends can get noisy at night with the sound of people having a wonderful time. Overall a lovely place to cool off on a hot afternoon. 5 stars 😀

One of the best pub meals we have had in a very long time. The beer battered fish was fresh, crisp and cooked to perfection. Plump fresh beer battered tiger prawns, crisp and delicious. Crunchy chips (yay) and a small salad. Staff just lovely. Great view. Highly recommend

Best porterhouse steak I’ve had in yonks, great service, and great music.

Bloody beautiful.
2 of our crew had fish and chips, 1 went calamari another had a burger, and one had a surf and turf.
Calamari was a bit overcooked, but overall, the food was great, came out in good time, even the well done steak. Would happily go there again
