So easy. I arrived and a lovely gentleman met me at the gate. He took Ollie to his accommodation and I was on my way.
Return for collection was equally easy.

All my cats have boarded here very clean facility with lovely accommodating and caring owners , I had my 2 present cats that were boarded here recently, they let me settle them in and accommodated them both in the same cat penthouse with a house and kitty litter tray each. I have finicky eaters so supply their food and treats. I always bring a blanket and beds from home because cats like to smell familiar things to keep them calm. The owners are so helpful with making our cats feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I have been using Kerri & Steve to care for our senior cocker spaniel for the last 3-4 years. I have had to leave him there on and off a few days at a time over the last couple of months. He had cruciate ligament surgery the week before Christmas and needs to be rehabilitated and given medication daily, this has not been an issue. The last visit he needed to go to the vet and it was no problem for them to drive to Cooma, wait to see the vet and then drive back. Thanks for looking after my crazy Wally.

At the last minute over Easter, our pugs were able to stay here for the day while we went into the national parks. A truly excellent and professional service from a friendly couple. Thank you for looking after our brats so well.

The owner Steve was a great guy, look after our dog very well. Nice and clean facilities with individual dog kennels, lots of room for running around in their free time period ( only one dog out at a time), we definitely recommend it!

Very clean and large kennels on an exceptionally kept property. Play area is absolutely huge. Owners are chilled too. Highly recommended.

This is the third time we have left our cattle dog Bella here.. she always comes out to meet us looking happy and content.

Willow was well looked after in a safe, secure clean and spacious environment.

Big penthouses for kitties, very secure

The man I met at the front was the most arrogant and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. The few minutes that he gave at the front fence was enough to ring alarm bells. Long story short I mentioned my dog is not aggressive in the slightest but can be anxious around new people. He grabbed my dogs lead after telling me that I was "putting the fear of god into her" and then proceeded to drag her to the kennels while yelling at me to leave. She slipped the collar before she made the kennels and he asked me to put a choke chain on her so he could get her to the kennel. I ended up taking my dog off him and finding another facility at the last minute (luckily). The place looks great from the outside but after this experience it felt more like a detention camp. Dont risk your pet with this man and potentially have to cancel your holiday. Would give negitive stars if possible.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I had my two dogs booked in over Christmas. When we showed up a dashound was running around and there man there couldn’t catch it. He didn’t say hello and was very rude. I asked if I could come in and all I got was “No!” When he finally got the dog under control I got my dogs out. One of my dogs is very nervous around men and barked at the man immediately. The man was afraid she was going to bite him which is understandable. BUT how do you not have a way to deal with this?! You must get nervous dogs sometimes?! This man thought I laughed (of course I didn’t, but I was in disbelief) and would not let it go bringing it up over and over again. I felt really uncomfortable leaving my dogs there and was afraid of how they would be treated. My dogs are in kennels all the time but I couldn’t get them in to our usual place. I canceled my trip and forfeited my deposit because there was no way I was going to leave them with this man.

非常粗鲁的老板，来滑雪预定的公寓不能让狗狗入住，无奈只能找寄宿，当到了目的地才发现，简直就像监狱，而且老板还是喝了醉醺醺的状态，堵在门口不让主人进去看，只让狗狗进去，感觉像狗狗犯罪要被送进监狱一样.要不是公寓邻居投诉被逼无奈，无法想象狗狗怎么度过这艰难的两晚.
