World Pharmacy Day on the Kings 1st Birthday Public Holiday, seemed the appropriate day to write a review for our local Pharmacy. Wesley and Michael are both the most caring and kind people that you can imagine. With extremely good knowledge and their compassion for people is boundless. Caring for terminally ill twin men is difficult enough, but having this team on board helps immensely. I could not recommend them enough to do them justice, along with their small team, you are remembered when you enter and they know what you may be there for is a godsend. Thank you so much for deciding to take over the old pharmacy and set up such a modern comfortable space to look after all of us who are fortunate enough to have found you.

I live locally, they have been my chemist for many years now. Excellent chemists which are very helpful and provide literature on medications if requested. Had no problems with anything. They are also attached to the doctors surgery next door so it is also very handy for customers… A very happy customer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Since the new owner has taken over and totally refurbished this pharmacy has not only made it all look fresh and new but also the staff there are truly amazing. They are always so polite, caring and empathetic to my situation. I am loyal to do any of my business with this pharmacy. They make the locals feel like it’s more than just a transaction. Highly reccomeded!

Amazing service at this place. Let me start off with this. One day, I ran out of antidepressants. Now, Bedford Pharmacy isn’t my usual spot but I went in since it was along the way from my good Aunt’s place. I was shocked at how kind the staff were. They knew exactly what to do and my anti depressants were ready in an instant. I went to Bedford Pharmacy for convenience but now I go because I just love it there. Would 100% recommend to anybody looking for beautiful staff, wonderful products and spectacular service.

The pharmacist in here - Michael always goes above and beyond. He is always kind, informative and incredibly efficient. The pharmacy is absolutely beautiful inside. Happy to make the trip a bit out of the way for outstanding service and healthcare.

The pharmacist Michael is an absolute asset to this team. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding the medicines he is dispensing and is always willing to share this, all with a smile on his face! This is the type of service that is very difficult to find at the large warehouse pharmacies.

I came in this week and made a few purchases and asked the chemist Michael for some help with what they’d recommend. Their knowledge was extremely helpful and forever grateful. They and the team were very professional and friendly.

I purchased item with prescription today and paid 3 times more what normally pay in Chemist Warehouse. I would understand 20% more or 30%, 50% is too much but pay 200% more for same thing is exaggerated.
you should avoid this Pharmacy

No stock, always missing stuff and on back order, needs better management!
