Fantastic campground that is free for 48hrs. Features hot showers, toilets, bbqs and a great kids playground. Camp area is spacious with plenty of shade if needed.

Great free campsite with a hot shower (5 mins). Clean bathrooms too.
There was a lot of soil on the ground so our things were full of dirt but otherwise, it's a cool campsite!

It's a great place and thankyou to the community for making a safe place for people to come and rest. I work in Tourism and the key to success is allways friendliness ness and facilities.

Love this place. Have hired the hall. Great little playground, clean bbq and toilets. Doesn't get used anywhere near enough.

Really good facilities and plenty of space. Showers that were previously open and free have been locked now and I can only surmise why. From what I could find out by speaking to locals, opinion would seem that the grey nomads once again didn't respect the area or facilities so the showers have been closed. I have seen plenty of examples of older "campers" just tearing small trees apart for firewood and being very entitled.

We didn't get to use the facilities as we had issues with the booking process through the council. When we first contacted the council for information about the facilities, we were told that the oval and public facilities were available for us to use and to fill out a booking form as a formality only. We were then accidentally sent their entire booking list, names, contact numbers, etc. for everyone booking through the council over the last year! We were then contacted 3 days before our event to be told that we have been given misinformation and the entire facility was booked out, including the public oval, playground and BBQ, and we would be unable to go there (an event not listed on the booking spreadsheet we were sent 🤷‍♀🤔) trying to find somewhere else in or near monarto at short notice for over 30 people has been stressful and unfortunately has had a huge impact on the day. The facilities look lovely but dealing with the council is not. Very unprofessional.

I would like to have rated this 5 + but apparently there's no camping here anymore. Not that there are any signs to say this and the toilets are only cleaned on the men's side, not impressed at all considering it was lovely here last winter. Very disappointed in the Murray Bridge council, why is it so hard for people to do their jobs properly especially when its an easy job.

No longer a campground so don’t go unless happy to risk it. Should be signs of some sort
