I requested a quote and had to wait weeks to hear back, finally hear back and get the quote accepted.
I've tried contacting them months ago to get it booked in as client wants the job done and Jeff (Manager) ensured me he will get back to me next week and get the job booked in.
It has been over a month and I can't get hold of him.
Don't quote on works without telling people your availability to do the work.

Honestly how anyone give this company 5 star reviews is beyond me. Our centre has bene with acromat for over a decade and no it is not because they are good. Service is horrendous and they are never on time nor will they give any notice before just rocking up at your centre. Emails do not get responded to and service? Don't kid yourselves because a week later you are going to have a mechanical issue and their answer will be "well these things happen so we cannot foresee them even though we said there were no problems with your unit a week ago during our service. Here is a quote for $2000 for the repairs. Oh and don't forget to pay the $4000 service from last week ;)" Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

p.s. I've been speaking to their service manager who's name is Geoff....and look a 5 star review from a person named Geoffrey... coincidence? Perhaps...
