I have been a patient of Joondalup City Dental and specifically Dr Catalin Iacob for over 20 years. I have always found all the staff friendly and professional.
If I need an urgent appointment they always fit me in.
Dr Catalin goes above and beyond in my opinion. He is very personable and caring. He always discusses any treatment with me and I have always been happy with the outcome.
He is aware of any issues I may have regarding pain relief and some anxiety. Taking his time and talking me through
The procedure step by step. He and his Nurse Nicole work well together and the banter puts me at ease.
I have no hesitation it recommending Dr Catalin to anyone looking for a professional, caring and very capable Dentist.
I live in Bullsbrook and am more than happy to travel to Joondalup! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The professionalism and level of care that I experienced during my visit to Joondalup City Dental, while in the care of Dr Tony Strangio and Nurse Annette Willis was outstanding. I felt well informed and comfortable during my treatment. After treatment instructions were given verbally in a clear and concise manner and also provided in a take home printed sheet. Front office staff were courteous and efficient.

I have been to 5 or 6 dentists to talk to about getting implants in my mouth. Each dentist I went to gave me their opinion as to what I should do but it just confused me because each dentist said something different. Then I spoke to the lovely Tina on the phone who assured me that Tony was someone I could trust and someone I should meet and took to. She was so lovely and spoke to me for nearly 1 hour. That in itself showed me that this team was worth pursuing. I saw Tony today and he truly made me feel at ease with his friendly and gentle approach. He was quietly confident with what he suggested which made me trust him 100%. I'm pleased to announce I have now finally found the dentist who will be doing my implants. Thank you Tony.

I was with the wonderful team at the dental surgery today and always they make me feel welcome and they make me feel calm.I have been having treatment for crowns and for four screw teeth into my mouth they Have change my mouth for ever . I am so happy I found this team . They are certainly a very special group of people who care for there patients. Thank you again Dr Tony and his team you are amazing.

I have been attending this practice for over 20yrs
I have always been afraid of visiting the dentist since early childhood days.
Dr Tony Strangio has made me feel safe and comfortable in understanding my fear.It was he who introduced me to intravenous sedation all those years ago when it started to be introduced.
For anyone in the same position as me,I would recommend this procedure and cannot recommend this practice highly enough
I no longer live in the Joondalup area but still travel when needing dental treatment.

When dealing with professionals, you can usually tell who’s doing it just because it’s their career, and those who love and take pride in their work. Dr. Catalin falls into the latter category. He’s the first dentist I’ve ever been to who completely explains everything so I can make a completely informed decision. He’s particular, personable, professional, and proud of his work. He’s my regular dentist.

Dr. Tony is the surgical and implant specialist and his work is fantastic. Like Cat, he explains everything so I know exactly what is being done in my mouth, and the results speak for themselves.

All of the staff at JCD are friendly and professional. I can’t rate my experiences here highly enough.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided at Joondalup Dental City. Dr Tony Strangio put me at ease with his  knowledge and professionalism at my first consult. He was considerate and gave me an earliest appointment to relieve me of my toothache.The procedure was seamless under  sedation as I had undergone radiation previously. Dr Tony's dental practice also provides viable financial options which makes it possible to prioritise one's dental needs even without insurance cover. Personally, I have found the BEST dentist for me and my family's  future dental care.

Rarely have I met anyone so skilled at their work as Dr Tony Strangio. He and his technician are highly focused and expert. They extracted a molar (which was in multiple pieces, fractured in a car accident), performed a bone graft and drilled an implant into my jaw - all with less pain than I would normally expect for the smallest filling. I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Dr Strangio explained each step of the procedure clearly, and I always got the sense that they knew exactly what they were doing. If you have difficult dental work that needs doing, take it to this team - they're worth the wait.

I had a visit to this wonderful dental surgery today. I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist and I was instantly calmed by all the wonderful staff. I was knocked out to have my procedure which was two teeth being removed one being a wisdom. I can recommend the drugs.... best dental visit I’ve had.

The staff are very accommodating and the doctors/dentists and assistants are all professional though human enough to have understanding patience and respect for my condition that I felt comfortable to open my mouth (bad teeth and gum disease) and make a start towards better oral hygiene and eventually a nice smile again.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone I love or care for knowing they will be in safe professional and not to expensive hands.

I highly recommend this dentist as I received amazing pain free treatment from Dr Lubinka, getting 4 crowns replaced on my front teeth. She was really patient, listened to what I wanted and was an absolute perfectionist in getting the shape and colour of the crowns right. I’m happier with my teeth and smile than I have been in years. I’m so glad to have found Dr Lubinka and will not go to anyone else now.

Very helpful staff and the dentist Tony was amazing. Dr Ikram, the anaesthetist was also awesome. Was so nervous for my wisdom teeth removal but they were very professional and made the experience painfree and smooth. Definitely going back!!!

Dr Tony removed 3 wisdom teeth at Glengarry Hospital & the procedure went so well that I had no pain afterwards, just the expected swelling & bruising. The staff at the hospital were amazing & the following morning had a follow-up call from the dental clinic to see how I was doing. Highly recommended practice.

I have been going to Joondalup City Dentist for 23 years now and been treated by the same dentist Tony who from day 1 put me at ease as i was terrified of dentists. 23 years later speaks for itself and my latest treatment yesterday was first class. All staff from the receptionists to the hygienist, nurses, those doing sedation and of course the dentists are just wonderful. Will never go to anyone else.

I find this practice not only Professional but Patient-focussed Polite Prompt, as in on time, but mostly the skill of of the surgeon Dr Strangio and his in-depth knowledge also he takes his time to explain everything patiently and clearly. I much appreciate these qualities.

Have been a client for many years now. Happy with the options offered when I need the treatment to be done. Love the fact that I can express my thoughts and not feel like I am forced into a particular treatment. Pricing is reasonable and they will try their best to match quote obtain from another practise.

A big thank you to the Joondalup team for fitting me at very short notice. Very professional great staff and really impressed with the work that got done on my tooth that I am now going to use as my regular dentist. Definitely recommend the joondalup city dental.
