Japline Subaru Service Specialist

Thank you to Katie and Mick for your amazing service. I walked in to ask for some help about a headlight after getting it serviced somewhere else. They were about to book it in but instead Katie went from the reception office and had a look it for me when I couldn’t quite explain what what was wrong with it. Katie and Mick looked at my car straight away fixed it then and there. Very happy with their service, price and banter. You can tell they take pride in their work and it was no issue for them to just help me out on the spot. I’m not good with cars and instead of taking advantage they went out of their way to help me out. To walk off the street and get this personal level of service is unheard of in this day and age. Very grateful and will now be getting my future services with them. Their great work ethic and banter just got them a new future customer.

sent my car in to Mick and the team for a bottom end rebuild on my WRX and the amount of knowledge they possess is unmatched, despite me needing a rebuild at the worst possible time for a business (Christmas) the turn around was quick and everything was done without a fault and now she runs amazingly! I couldn't of asked for a better team!

Professional service, a bit on the pricier/dealership level on cost, but service is worth the price.
One plus side is the availability of the booking compared to 6+ weeks headsup time for other well-known subaru service centre.

Been going here for years and always get great service from Michael and his Team. They tell you honestly what's wrong and then fix it. If they find a problem they ring, tell you about it, then it's your choice to continue so no rude extras when you pick the vehicle up.

I have been taking my cars to Japline for about 8 years. Their customer service is great. They always make sure they give me all the info before asking to proceed with any repairs or replacement parts. They have really looked after me, going the extra mile to repair something when I had an issue on more than one occasion. Wouldn't take my Subarus anywhere else. I highly recommend Mick and the team at Japline.

We took our car here with a major coolant leak. Young female behind the counter made all necessary arrangements to receive our car as towed in, regularly communicated the position and cost and then pick up. All of the staff were brilliant and showed attention to detail.
