I can assure you that we run as punctually as can be expected while ensuring every patient we treat gets ample time to address their unique and individual concerns - that is why when I read your review, I was a little surprised as it does not sound like our clinic, but then again, our clinic has no record of a Mark Jones ever having booked an appointment. I'm writing this review in response to the Mark Jones review. I've never waited long. Its usually a patient who is late and holds everyone else up, not the practitioner. I'm very happy with the service I receive !

I have attended Damian for over 5 years and a regular adjustment keeps me healthy. I have spent many dollars on a solution for my neck and back but I am now pain free.

Arrived on time. No car parks so had to park in driveway. Filled out paperwork, waited 15 minutes then asked how late the practitioner was running and was told there were 3 people in front of me! So I left.

If they can't handle the basics like appointment times I shudder to think how bad their hands-on service is.

Pathetic, huge waste of an hour of my time. Gave one star because that was the lowest google would allow.
