Today I had good customer service by the store good experience and good chicken. Well done KFC it's about time some the KFC stores doing well.

The ONLY place you can get hot and spicy chicken all year round is at this awesome store in Victoria gardens! Love the hot and spicy chicken. Staffs are great and flexible. Love coming here. Just keep in mind to check your order after they pack it because they are often very busy and I have had missing chicken pieces in the past but they have been great in compensating in the next order.

KFC staff members are friendly, helpful and give good service.
Food is cooked fresh.
Food court has plenty of seats and is clean, a place relaxed to eat.

Went to order 3 3 piece boxes for my family when the lady on front Sarayah recommended to do a family feast instead and was wonderful enough to help me change the chips to the buns she was so helpful and polite fast food places need more staff like her

Only place in Victoria with Hot N Spicy. Gotta give them credit for stocking this rare delicacy all year round. The chicken is usually very fresh especially when you order Hot n Spicy. If it's a big order they usually deep fry a new batch for me. Sometimes, the ratio of chicken wings to other pieces can be excessive. Like last time, I ordered 21 pieces of hot n spicy and received 7 pieces of wings.

Probably the most pleasant KFC experience I've ever had in Victoria. The team were helpful and friendly and serves you with a smile. Kudos especially to Sonja for the fantastic customer service!

Only real chicken lovers can appreciate this gem situated in Victoria Garden. Sydney has 2 and now we finally have a KFC with hot and spicy all year round! Hail the H&S! 100% satisfaction if you're asian or black.

Not my local KFC, but would drive 30 mins for their hot and spicy chicken (only store in VIC that sold this all year round). Very sad that they no longer do hot and spicy, please bring it back!

Hot n spicy chicken all year long, plus it looks like they either cleaned their fryer or have it dedicated to H&S so the chicken is no longer brown colour

Real friendly crew in this outlet. Especially, the manager , Joel, she’s very patience and nice to accomodate request during peak hours . One of my favourite local fast food store !

You know me folks. I see a fast food joint. I order some fast food and I rate the food. This tendies box was about as tender as one would expect. The high traffic keeps the nugs fresh as.

Decent price, nice and quick service! Chicken was very fresh and crispy as well.

The burgers are moist and tasty. The chicken bits were not dry which is had to find at other stores.

This KFC store in Vic Gardens has hot & spicy all year round. Hence it's a bit different to other stores.
