Thank you for making it such a special morning as we got ready for a wedding. Everyone was friendly and professional and made it a fun and relaxing experience before the big day. We were all so happy with the results of our hair and make-up. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience with Kat today. She was so warming! My hair looks incredible. You can tell the team love their jobs and there is such a great vibe. It was my birthday today and they even went out of there way to get me a cupcake and wine! Customer service like that goes such a long way in this day an age! I was lucky enough to have Elise, Samantha and the team do my hair and make-up for myself and my bridal party on my wedding day through one of their packages. I loved the laid-back vibe of this place, it made for such a fun experience. They were very attentive to detail and made sure that I felt amazing whilst also feeling like myself on the day. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommend!

My brothers wedding was held in Daylesford, and being from Queensland we didn't have any regular contacts for hair and make up. The team at Hair and Beauty Retreat are outstanding and amazingly talented. They were extremely patient and loving with the 3 flower girls, and created such a calming and chilled environment. Additionally, hair and make up didn't move the whole night. I couldn't fault them. Use these guys, you will not be disappointed!

The lovely lady who served my friend and I today did our eyebrows to perfection. She was very knowledgeable not only about brows but all things beauty, (skincare, lashes, etc). Definitely coming back again!

Thanks to Nuna for always doing a amazing job with my Eyebrows in a clean and welcoming environment 🙌. They weren't in the best shape when I first saw Nuna but with monthly visits with her, she has worked her magic and they are starting to look how they should. 😁

These girls are the bomb! I’m a hairdresser on a weekend break in Daylesford. Had my hair washed and blowwaved here and so happy. Had a beautiful head massage and amazing sleek blowwave (I have extensions in too). My hair smells amazing and the girls are so welcoming. I highly recommend, thank you 😊

LOVED the makeup Nuna did for me. I had a photoshoot in Daylesford and needed my makeup done. I was quite apprehensive about this as past times I've had my makeup done I was never fully satisfied - it never felt like "me". But Nuna did a wonderful job - she was thorough, careful and created a look that I was absolutely thrilled with AND looked epic in my photos. Thank you Nuna!

Oh my goodness ….. All my life, I’ve felt like the ugly duckling that never bloomed into a beautiful Swan. That was until Saturday …… myself & family were greeted so warmly by ALL the staff, who made the full day so much fun, even prior to the event …… Elise created the most beautiful updo & Nuna my makeup …… it was due to ALL of you, that I sincerely had the most enchanted day from beginning to end …… and at almost ‘50’ ….. finally had a ‘Cinderella’ moment

Elise is an absolute wonder, welcomed my booking last minute and came through with the colour/cut I was chasing. She even gave my hubby a barber experience with an ultimate close shave.
