We had a great experience here. Family visit one Sunday afternoon. 2 staff were lovely, friendly and engaged well with the young ones. 1 staff member was task focused and didn’t convey any people service skills.
Food was among the best Nandos we’ve had - hot tasty chicken and fresh, well seasoned chips (which are still the best!).
Very cool restaurant design too, lots to look at and take in, and discuss with the family.

Staff was very nice even we ask to change table in busy time he was so good. I want to say thanks before leaving but I can’t see him. Thanks for lovely service

Amazing experience tonight, dinner came out fresh and hot within 15 minutes (despite being busy and slammed with takeaway orders) customer service was great. The young man who delivered our food to our table and the man who took our order both had great customer service, and thanks to the behind the scenes workers who made our food 10/10

Went here with my family a couple of times and was always impressed with the food and customer service. We love the chicken, chips and flatbread especially!

I was getting food and had a really bad experience with a worker named (riley charlwood). he was extremely rude and did not take my order correctly. this made me feel very upset and un-appetized. I am aware that he gets minimum wage salary but it does not give him the right to treat others badly. I will never be visiting this shop again :(

Friendly staff, fast service, highly recommended. The staff always get my order right. Food is always freshly made when you order.

We always get our salads, chicken and on occasion chips, they are always fresh, flavourful and the right level of temperature.
The service is fantastic, so friendly and polite! 😊
It is understaffed but apart from that they all have great customer service skills.

Love Nando's from the peri peri salt to the refugee vibe painting located at what seems like every store, always abit slow to get food up but as usual the foods worth the wait.. 10/10

Went this morning for dine in, its a busy place but good service. Ontime food service and really nice staff. The guy working had brilliant smile on face and serving with impressive plating to all customers. Good place to visit.

Best chicken in my whole goddam life!, ordered the peri peri chips and the chicken, Cooked and served, by the best staff in all of Marriot Waters. Served my Rohail give my guy a raise !!!!!!!

Always our first preference out of fg, dandy and lynbrook since we live in cranbourne. Friendly staff, fresh food, cutlery is always clean and topped up (obv weekends are busy and gotta give them a break), all sauces are available. I usuallly have the supremo wrap and others like the fresh juicy chicken which they only love at this branch. Other branches sometimes have chicken that is either dry or too wet and breaks easily. Kudos to whoever the owner/manager is and the staff! Thanks for the great meals everytime!

Amazing service and food. Chicken is basted not dry like other Nandos. Very prompt with serving, my family and i absolutely love it.

I have long known that Nandos chips are by far the best fast food chips around, but this Nandos went above and beyond. Perfect distribution of peri peri throughout the entire bag, impeccable ratio. Can't recommend this place enough.

Good service & food as expected. The two sinks are awesome to see & utilise. A stuff member was also helpful in easing tomato sauce from the glass bottle.
