I went stir crazy in the final lockdown in 2021 and developed severe insomnia.A sleeping pill helped but I wanted to be able to sleep again naturally.I briefly saw a generalist psychologist then decided I needed specialist help.
I found Cathie Stevens' approach to be supportive and non judgemental.Over time I developed an understanding of how sleep works.My anxiety decreased to the point where it disappeared.I was able to progress at a pace where I did not feel pressured and was able to reduce medication and cease taking it.
