Monash Connect

I just got off the phone to a lovely lady who was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. I received very quick service (was on the phone within 5 minutes) and she got everything sorted for me. I am very grateful; it's a shame I didn't ask for her name but I give my appreciation to her!

Went to the peninsula campus and was helped by Claire. Incredibly helpful and dedicated to helping me sort out my issues. She’s very friendly too :)

I went to the Monash Clayton campus and I was helped by a very nice man by the name of Simeon who went above and beyond to help me with my enquiry. He deserves more than 5 stars!!

They help as much as possible, Thank you so much Anna, very helpful.

All the services that students need. very cooperative staff.

As a student based overseas, it is really difficult to get in touch with Monash Connect. I have submitted an important inquiry. They were meant to get back to me in 5 business days - we are well into 12 now. I have also followed up and they asked me to wait.

This is a matter regarding enrolment and my place in a particular stream of my course. This sort of service is very frustrating and I am growing more anxious regarding my enrolments and whether or not my enquiry has been looked at.

I hope this is improved soon as I also received an email that fees are being increased.
