Dee Why Medical Centre

I have been a patient of this Medical Centre, under the care of Dr Richard Evans, since I moved to the Northern Beaches six years ago. Dr Evans is caring, attentive, easy to communicate with and thorough in investigating medical issues to find the right course of treatment for me. I trust and value his opinion in all areas of my health and wellbeing.

I have been going here for 13 years. Dr Maiolo is amazing. I will never leave she has looked after me through 4 major surgeries - gold star service. Thank you Karyn Ngarotata

In five years of family visits we have been educated in common sense terms can understand about our well being and all various health matters, social emotional physical and psychological domains - and left feeling cared for thoughtfully though seeing a number of experienced doctors both female and male. Glad for this place being in our neighbourhood and wish it continues

Called to book for a doctor’s appointment, got one right away, turned up at the clinic a few hours later, there was only one other person waiting besides me. Did the appointment with the doc, got out of there quickly. That was quick and painless, the time and day of the appointment would have had something to do with it though, but I’ll still give it five stars as I was not inconvenienced whatsoever.

Dr David Ross-Smith attended to me and was knowledgeable, personable and got me into an X-ray straight away. Excellent service.

Dr Henry Shepherd is a very friendly and is very thorough. He takes the time to understand your situation before providing a recommendation. He is also extreme good with kids making them feel relaxed. Can’t recommend enough.

Dr Connie Harris was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Her manner creates confidence and she engages with the patient and puts them at ease. I cannot speak too highly of her.
The ladies at reception were also very pleasant.

I was not previously registered at this clinic but, the registration process was tidy and troublefree. My appointment, duly made, was within a reasonable time frame and the doctor ( Kevin Ng) polite, professional and with an obvious interest in the patients.
My appointment was only for a flu vaccine so, after a few routine questions I was handed over to a nurse who, like the doctor, was courteous, professional and efficient. Overall a pleasant experience which so worthy of positive comment.

Dr Connie Harris is a great doctor. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

I needed to locate a medical practice in my area as my previous GP had moved. I did some research and decided to become a patient at Dee Why Medical Centre. My visit today with Dr Brian Ng confirmed I had made the right decision. I was able to arrange my appointment through its website and complete new-patient forms in advance. Centre staff were pleasant and helpful, my appointment was on time, and all went well. I will be continuing with the Dee Why Medical Centre, hopefully for the long term.
