Fantastic location right next to Southern Cross Station. Tram stop at the front door and so near many things like the Stadium, supermarket, convention centre and Crown Casino. Well maintained heritage building with great facilities!

I don't have the photo but me been there to visited my friend before very nice place beautiful and comtuble i love that.

Awesome; nice concierge (Steve). Also, two tennis courts (synthetic grass), pool, gym and BBQ.

This apartment is very well managed and the staff is very friendly.

Give Stephen a pay raise, best concierge in all of Australia!

This is the dirtiest room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. Mould in kitchen and bathroom, sticky floors, unclean and no assistance from staff. I booked and paid for two nights, but the place was so dirty that I left after the first night. Although I tried to contact them on the day I arrived and the next morning to complain, I got no response until after leaving. They then said I was not able to get a refund because I left without letting them fix the problem. They gave me an email address to write to with my concerns and although I have emailed numerous times since, they still have not responded. A health hazard.
