I felt very well looked after by Brendan at DJ today, who was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also really friendly and helpful!
I received the same excellent service for both a cheap soap product initially and later for a very expensive product.

I came in two days ago and had a terrific experience. I came in to get some gift cards as Christmas presents but ended up being helped by a wonderful young lady named Marianna. She helped me find the perfect gifts for my family instead of generic gift cards and I couldn’t be more grateful! She was also very polite

The customer service provided by Shoreh in David Jones Malvern Politix menswear department was amazing. Not only was she able to assist in sizing of jackets but provided numerous mix and match recommendations with the clothing and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.

Awesome, as always! Ive been searching for the perfect winter knit for ages without success. So decided to try a walkthrough here once again. The sales staff are so helpful here, unlike many other places, and one in particular helped me find it in Jac+Jack. There were only 2 in store, she even searched out the back for the next size down. I'm so happy with this find, and the experience. It's a real pleasure to visit here. 🌟

Internal coffee shop was excellent attribute. Manager Lachlan was refreshingly attentive and offered detailed advice about food and drink offerings. The tables were clean and service spot on.

I wandered into the underwear section late Friday. Half heartedly looking for a particular piece I needed for an upcoming event. Enza helped fit me with beautiful Simone Perele bras and I walked out very happy and not only ready for my event, but many more!

This is always a friendly place. The lady that works at the Politix booth, Shoreh, was very helpful geting me the right fit for the jacket i wanted, and procured the item via another store and called me to get it at the store. She is excellent value and great customer service. Thanks Shoreh

Small shopping centre with a great variety of stores for your every need.

I love David Jones Malvern Central store. It's not a big store but it is a very nice small to medium sized department store for the local neighbourhood. It has some really good shops and different departments. Staff members are friendly and polite. I really enjoy coming here every once a while!!!!

Easy access and great parking for a quick and easy shop

The cafe is fantastic, fresh juices, beautiful coffee and yummy sandwiches. The food court is fancy and lots of interesting options. The store is always clean. The staff are helpful. Although it’s a small David Jones is has everything you need.

Compact, but still has room to move. Plenty of free parking.

I have always been a David Jones fan. We went out to find a few items we needed and we were not disappointed as we found them on Sale as well.
The Staff were so courteous and helpful and at times hilarious.
We really enjoyed our 3 hour shopping experience that day.
