Gloria Jean's Southern Cross Station

Very good coffee! Pleasantly surprised.
I have never heard a bad thing, I just assumed it might not be that good. There is always a huge line. Turns out it’s not just the convenience of the location.
For the first time is ages there was not line. Quiet day in the city. I thought I’d give it a try.
I ordered a strong oat latte. It came quite quickly and was very good. I’ll definitely be back again soon. Cheers.

So many rude take away and coffee shops in Melbourne…. But not this place, the guy was really polite and nice. Great way to start our next day of our adventure in Melbourne. The coffee was amazing!!

Located in the Southern cross station terminal. Lots of tea and coffee options. Reasonable prices. Excellent coffee taste. Food options available as well.

I actually go out of my way at an almost daily effort to go to this particular Gloria Jeans. It isn't because they give me a discount, it isn't because of the location, because finding parking and then getting to it (if you didn't just get off a train) is not easy peasy. No, the reason I would always recommend this place as like any other for me is because of the service and effort they put in. No matter what, they welcome all customers in a friendly manner, they remember and know what I order and everyone makes the effort to ensure orders come out asap. I both acknowledge and respect the professionalism they have and for providing proper customer service where many do not.

Fantastic coffee, highly highly recommend, every time I come there the staff there are absolutely awesome. It's super convenient for me when I get to the station as it's literally at Southern cross station, and I just have a great coffee there before getting to work. Keep up the great work and awesome staff! Also would recommend to customers to download the gloria jeans app, you get points from every purchase.

Love the staff here, they're always really friendly! Huge (neverending it seems) choice of drinks, so even the fussiest of eaters will have something to drink! Well priced, and love the fact there's a monster cup size, which fuels my caffeine addiction 😂

The guys who work in the morning are so lovely. The service is always so friendly, especially the owner whose energy can make you smile no matter what the day brings.
