Amazing shop in St Kilda and amazing Jackie.
She was so helpful, patient and helped me wth my online order and photos, card and kept in touch wth me to reassure me all is packed ready for shipping.

Jackie made a UK persons life easy as a one stop shop and took away all the stress of it.

Sir Johns Gifts hang onto Jackie as I dealt wth afew other staff afew days before which were good …however there’s a huge difference tho between good and great and that’s Jackie for sure as she is so thorough wth everything and thinks outside the box 🙏🏻Thku Jackie for making everything so seamless 🙏🏻

Just bought a great Cast Iron fry pan from Sir John's Gifts. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. Their products are great quality at really good prices.

Wow these guys were fantastic. I ordered online the products were sent straight away. So well packaged and I had an issue and they followed it up straight away. I missed the message and called the, back several days later and they were amazing. So lovely to deal with and a great experience. Would highly recommend them, its so hard to get great customer service but these guys customer service was fantastic.

My local go to for a bit nicer things for the home. Often enticed in by specials at the front. It's very handy having the wide range of culinary tools just around the corner if you're always missing something mid-recipe like me. The lady and gentleman I often see working there are friendly, easily available and they've been all too happy to help when I've needed it recently.

Visiting Melbourne and I stumbled upon this store.
They have lovely trendy stock
I bought some breakfast cereal bowls which were such good quality and so very reasonable prices.
While I was there I had an amazing coffee and delicious banana bread/cake so very yummy.
There is a really nice atmosphere
Finally the staff were just amazing so helpful friendly cool without being intrusive.
I was really impressed the owner has really got the balance right here.
Wish I could have a store like this back home!

We are very lucky to have this shop in our local area. It is often difficult to get appliances and household goods of any quality in the area, and Sir John’s Gifts is always well stocked with a large variety of household appliances, goods and homewares. A very pleasant environment with knowledgeable and friendly staff, if I need any new kitchenware, homewares etc I always try here first before going father afield to larger homeware stores. Fortunately, I almost never need to because everything is here. Seriously, if you need new household goods and other gifts, try it – you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend it!

I work in Balaclava and I adore visiting this store. They’ve obviously done a bit of a business strategy update over the last few months, opening a cafe, nursery and new sale room. The thing I love about Sir John’s is not only the lovely products, but also how much they care about the customer experience. Every time I go in, I’m greeted by friendly and helpful staff. If I purchase an item I’m offered a complimentary coffee..and just the other day I went in to buy a photo frame and they professionally printed an image for the frame free of charge! It’s obvious they have taken the time to think of services they could offer to make their customers’ lives easier. I really notice and appreciate that, and it makes Balaclava a better, more friendly place. Thanks for being such a wonderful business!

Lovely shop with so many unique things for home, kitchen and even cool gift ideas. They have a sale section usually and you can get amazing bargains. They bring in new items often and you can find a wide price range so there is something for everyone

Full of every imaginable kitchen utensil, and generally discounted by a big margin. The owner is very helpful. We bought lovely Bodum glass coffee mugs - and would have bought lots more if time had permitted. Looking forward to going back for more.
