Yum! Flavourful and tasty. Great portion sizes and lots of condiments available on the side. I had the spicy mapo tofu udon, and it really was spicy! Friends had Vege Tempura Don and Beef Noodles. Will come back to try something else.

It's really lovely this restaurant, the food here is tasty and healthy, the atmosphere is calm, I like the self-service, it is very clean and organized, and the music gives me peace. The prices are not high, very affordable, thanks

I really enjoy stopping by and enjoying a nice meal here. Staff are also very friendly and helpful I rate this place it’s clean and it’s good worth the price. 8/10 experience.

I have always been fond of Japanese food and this could easily be one of your go-to’s due to its affordability. Good food doesn’t always mean expensive. One more thing is you can grab as much condiments as you want for free.

🌟 MUST TRY! Katsu Chicken Curry Rice (Main) - Juicy, crispy katsu and flavourful curry for its price.
🌟 MUST TRY! Teriyaki Chicken Don (Main) - Sauce is the highlight of this dish and the chicken is tender. I just hope they put more sauce next time, the more the merrier.
🌟 MUST TRY! Beef Don + Ontama Egg (Main) - Thin slices of beef packed with flavour paired up with an egg to perfection.
🌟 MUST TRY! Crab Croquettes (Sides) - Usually not a fan of this in general but this is exceptional as it is creamy and smooth.
📝 Beef Udon (Main)- just a regular udon noodles with soup. I think the beef made this better, but still average. I have tasted a better udon that is cheaper.

They have limited indoor seating capacity inside the store. There is outdoor seating, but probably not recommended especially during cold/windy days.

The place is neat and tidy with the very Japanese-homey vibes. The staff were friendly, too.

I appreciate the free, unlimited range of toppings and sauces, making it an excellent and cost-effective choice.

Its clean, got food around midnight and t was bright. Food is served hot and tastes fresh. I love these kinds of restos and I’d definitely come back

Came here for lunch and was very happy with the experience. The food comes super quickly and they have a delicious range of sides which are so tasty. They have free condiments and toppings to add to your meal which take it to the next level.

Curry beef was really good. Music not too loud. Clean space. Definitely coming back!

The karaage chicken donburi is one if my fave meals here, so crunchy and filling even with the smaller portion it was enough to satisfy me😋the atmosphere is also very cozy and small which makes it a good small spot to check out, one of my favourite affordable japanese food go-tos 🫶

This is the first place we visited after getting off the plane/bus from New Zealand, definitely glad we came here for our first meal in Melbourne.
Upon walking in, the atmosphere was cozy and warm, service was friendly and the food was quick and delicious! It was very comforting and super tasty.
Next time we are in Melbourne, we will be back.

This is my regular place to eat now. The most delicious udon in CBD so far with reasonable price. My 7 or 8th time here already cant remember. Thanks for food and service!

Great place if you're after a quick feed. Although the food is in a bane-marie, it was still nice and fresh.

very chill place on the busiest street in CBD, tasty food, free condiments, loved it!

If you need snacks anytime, come here. The food is cheap, tasty. There is a self served for topping (for free) or finger foods. The seats in the back is spacious and suitable for someone comes alone. Highly recommend
