Island Bins

I have been using Island Bins for years, usually getting two or three each year for both household / building waste and green waste removal. It is a great business that is not only reliable, but also incredibly efficient and cost effective. Kym works hard to get the bins to where you need them, and works relentlessly to look after his customers in all weather. I highly recommend Kym and Island Bins without any reservation. AMAZING!!! The best service. This family run business goes above and beyond to help customers even after hours and with all the extras. Always on time, always the most competitively priced. I have used Island Bins about 4 times over the last couple of years (home reno etc) and won't ever go anywhere else.

I cant speak highly enough about these guys! I have used them for personally and commercially for skip bins on multiple occasions. Every time I have booked a bin they are delivered on time, with a smile and collected as soon as I'm finished with them. If you're after a skip in Hobart there is no one else I would use.

Really happy with this company. I wasn't sure if the skip could be delivered up the work driveway and they popped around the same day to check. We then under-estimated just how much needed removing and had the skip emptied and returned the same day. Communication has been great and turn up when they say they do. Been nothing short of professional and would happily use their services again!

Highly recommend - exceptionally great service from Anna in the office, had an issue with my debit card, nothing was any trouble for her until we sorted it out. Driver who delivered my 3m3 skip into my yard absolute professional driver, narrow driveway with (house) eaves overhanging the driveway, placed skip exactly where I was hoping he would. Bin collected as arranged and on time too and I was glad the same driver called to collect. The driver was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Will use this service again. Ten out of Ten is my Score.

We've ordered about 8 or 9 skip bins over recent months and found Kim and Anna to be exceptional with their customer service and very helpful with their advice about saving money on tip fees. The bins are always promptly delivered and picked up on schedule. We'll be ordering another couple in the months to come.

This company is awesome and wonderful for management booking, time and communication. I am totally satisfied for their service and strongly recommend this company for others.

I found out about Island Bins generously helping out some friends who's business suffered in this years Geeveston floods. Its so good to deal with a business that is both professional and friendly. The skip bin arrived exactly on time and pick-up was the same. Island Bins are a brilliant Tassie business and I highly recommend them.

Had to travel from interstate to clean out my Mum's house, the team at Island Bins were on time and very prompt at removing the full skip and quickly replacing it with another (empty) one on short notice. Totally recommend these guys. I am not part of this business or known to the owners, am just an arms length customer. Hamish.

I have used this service twice now for gardening clients, and have given specific instructions of drop off and pickup times, and location of bins. These have been followed perfectly and the communication is excellent. Sage Gardening will definitely continue to use this service.

Couldn't fault these guys at all. We had a full house to empty and clean up and from the very beginning Kym was very helpful and able to accommodate. We ended up filling the bins much quicker than anticipated and as soon as I called for them to collect they arrived promptly (in one case within the hour) to take the full skip away and came back not long after with a new one. Communication was excellent and price reasonable. Thank you for making an enormous job not seem quite so difficult. Much appreciated and I will definitely recommend your service to others in future.

I was super unorganised and contacted Kym on the day to see if he could help me out with a Skip bin. He was an absolute legend, and was able to have a bin out to my location just 2 hours later. He was super friendly and accomodating.

I received my reminder text about pick up of my bin 1 day prior to collection, and Kym arrived on time again on pick up day to collect.

Would absolutely use again and recommend to everyone.

Wonderful, responsive business. Super friendly staff and easy to communicate with. They popped the bin exactly where we wanted making it easy fill. We will definitely use them again in the future and recommend others use their services too.

Kym and his team were excellent. I could not fault them, from initial phone call, to ordering and payment using their online website, to drop off and pick ups. We required multiple bins and each time they were filled I contacted Kym and it was picked up promptly and replaced with a new one. All round a great team and local business.
