Great service from one of the hire/service team. I needed to have my boots adjusted and was looking for a tool to do it - they didn't have the tool for sale, but instead did the adjustment themselves, in five minutes, and didn't charge me.

Very convenient to slope - service efficient and equipment was excellent condition. Worth checking whether your hotel has an arrangement for free ski & boot storage - turns out ours was associated with the other company and we had to pay extra.

Ausleihen hat sehr zügig geklappt und die Qualität der Ski und Skischuhe war super! Besonderer Pluspunkt war, dass man die Ski an jeder Filiale im Ort ausleihen und zurückgeben könnte! Super flexibel! Ich war sehr zufrieden 😄

Für einen älteren Skischuh waren wir auf der Suche nach einer Sohlenplatte. Hier wurden wir binnen weniger Sekunden bedient und obwohl der Mitarbeiter wusste, dass er keine Neue vorrätig hat, hat er bei einem älteren Skischuh geprüft ob zumindest die gebrauchte Platte übertragen werden könnte. Genau so erwartet man Service.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die beiden Mitarbeiter gingen auf die Wünsche ein. Das ausgeliehene Equipment war sehr gut hergerichtet. Alber Sport kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen.
