Great atmosphere and excellent service. The wine cellar downstairs is a must see, famous for its oversized bottles.
The food is great, especially the oxtail amuse bouche.

We only had drinks, but we are determined to go back for the food. Unfortunately, they are fully booked for the next week or so (which says something on its own).

Excellent restaurant with great athmosphere. We had a 6 course menu - it was superbe.

Recently came here on a ski trip with my company, we did one lunch on the terrace and one dinner inside (we were nearly 70 people). Service was outstanding, food and wine completely delicious! The atmosphere of the terrace lunch with the DJ is so much fun and the dinner was super cosy with the roaring fire and huge 28 litre bottle of wine we chose from the cellar! Loved it all. Will be back! Thanks for having us 😃

My favorite restaurant in the Arlberg — world class in every way.

A very especial place. Incredible food (I had the ribs) and I believe is the biggest big bottle wine reserve in the world. We had a lovely time. The service was very good and our food was also served very quickly. I highly recommend it. Make sure to know when the lifts are closing if you are planning to ski back or to get a cab back to your hotel/challet after all that 🍷😉

The Hospiz Alm has become kind of a destination place for our group and we'll probably never ski at St. Anton without having a lunch or dinner here. The Inn is located just off a run with easy access for skiers.

The dining areas is large but it can get crowded so you'll want to make reservations early (like days ahead) if you have a large group. We arrived fairly early for lunch and while we had almost a dozen people we were quickly seated at a table with our promise we would be done well before the group that had reserved it would arrive.

The ambiance and decor of the inn is fantastic and you'll find plenty to look at whether indoors or outside. Make sure to use the slide (yes there's a slide) down to the WC because it's there specifically to make it easier for the skiers with clumsy boots.

The food and drinks are very good and our group thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service can be hectic due to the crowds but that's to be expected during the busy times. Definitely will continue to return.

Great place for lunch. Good food, table service, smart looking waiters in lederhosen. And don’t miss the slide down going to the WC! :)

Been to Hospiz for dinner and once for lunch. All three times have been outstanding.
Lunch is casual - ski in, ski out offering an extensive menu with friendly staff.
Dinner is much smarter and quite spectacular. The wine list is extensive but staff gave good advice for a reasonable price.
Don't expect a cheap meal for dinner - with a three course meal being around €120 plus wine cost, but the food does not disappoint.
You must experience the slide downstairs to get to the bathrooms - heaven when in ski boots, and if eating dinner there, ask to see the wine cellar.
One of my favourite restaurants in the world.
Highly recommended.

I consider myself a bit of a schnitzel connoisseur, so when they told me they had “the best Schnitz in the Alps”, I was naturally skeptical. But they were being modest - best Schnitz, perhaps in all of DACH!

Really good quality food, exactly what you need after a few hours of skiing. The biggest wine cellar I've seen with wines for all budgets. Also very pricey especially on the first floor which has a more premium menu than the ground floor and also views in the mountains

Incredible food and service. Atmosphere is about as formal as skiing gets in Austria (tip: don't wear your sweaty ski gear) but the restaurant has a naughty streak. Slide down the stairs and have a look at the bunker cum largest collection of large format wine bottles in the world.

Would highly recommend and gladly go again.

What a fabulous find. Charming traditional picture postcard Austrian restaurant. The staff are very friendly. You know their wines will be good (and they were) when they produce a wine list the size of a coffee table. Good place to warm up in front of the open fire before setting off into the snow again.

Great for lunch, when skiing. Even better for dinner, if you want to see and choose from one of the biggest wine magnum+ collections ever seen. Great for big birthday celebrations too. Karl-Heinz Pale will help you choose your wine. And have a small one with you, if it's good.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal on an overcast day in the Arlberg.
The service was top quality and the delicious food came quickly. The house red was also top quality - if you don't want to go overboard on the spending.
Would highly recommend.

Fantastic authentic Austrian food, decor and dress with great service. Topped off with a slide to the bathrooms (and wine cellar) making it amusingly easy in ski boots. Always amazing!

Having taken a tumble skiing and no longer being able to do anything other than enjoy watching others I found myself several times enjoying the atmosphere and PISTE views sat on the decking at this lovely place. Hot chocolate is scrummy and the food yummy. Staff dressed in traditional Austrian clothing and always happy. Great place to enjoy an hour or two.

An institution in St Christophe. An amazing wine list and a great traditional Austrian menu. We stopped off for lunch while skiing and suffice to say there was not much afternoon skiing. A great selection of wine by the glass (you need to ask) all served by waiters in traditional Austrian costume. There is an excellent method of getting to the bathrooms, both for those with ski boots or just a bit wobbly on their feet. Thoroughly recommend.
