Excellent service, nice equipment, storage every night for snowboard, and lockers for gear. Great location beside the lifts. All the people working there were very pleasant and helpful.

The service and positive attitude of the personnel was very nice. They were always smiling, and helpful. Would highly recommend them. And the prices were good as well.

Perfect experience with polite and helpful employees. Some waiting time, but not more than expected.

Great shop with super service minded staff!

Outstanding Service! My family did a 5-day rental on-line prior to arriving - saving 10%. Couldn’t have been easier. Upon arriving St. Anton, picking up skis and linking ski storage lockers to our ski passes were a breeze. The guys working the shop were friendly and professional. My wife and daughter changed skis during the rental to something a little wider. Took all of 5 minutes. I can’t recommend Alber more highly.

Always nice service and high quality equipment

This was a friendly team who more than happy to help. I changed my skis halfway through and they made the exchange very easy. A very convenient store with lockers at the beginning of the gondola.

Excellent! The service in Alber Freeride in the rental shop as well as throughout the entire shop is the best on the mountain in my opinion. They go out of their way to help you.
